House is great. 2nd stay! The carpet is terribly stained in front of sofa. Other than that it was a perfect stay again!

This is a beautiful property. We had three couples in our group and it was perfect for us. The house is well equipped and tastefully decorated. We especially enjoyed the side porch and fireplace in the evening. It is located in a lovely wooded area.

Wonderful home with all everything you need for a getaway to the mountains. Close to downtown areas of both Cashiers and HIghlands. Quiet neighborhood and a short drive to great hiking, lakes and golf courses.

This home was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We loved the fireplaces and the hiking trail. Sitting on the porch listening to the waterfall was my favorite part. Highly recommend!

We had the most absolute wonderful time staying at the cabin. The waterfall was just heavenly. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities provided. We came for a relaxing get away and it did not disappoint. We were just in time for the fall leaves and the colors were so beautiful. We also got to experience the “Shadow of the bear”. The outdoor fireplace was fantastic. We enjoyed an evening fire each day. The weather was just perfect. We would love to stay again!

We came to cashiers for a Labor Day weekend wedding. The house was decorated great and had comfortable beds, nice linens and everything we needed. Although we didn’t cook at the house, I could tell the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking! Thank you to the owners for sharing your beautiful home!

We loved our stay! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. Great location. Close to Cashiers and lots of great hikes! Nice waterfall next to the property and nice trail down to the lake. We enjoyed dinners on the deck most evenings! We highly recommend and would love to stay here again!

By The Falls is a treat!
By The Falls was everything it was advertised to be- loved sitting on the porch listening to the nearby waterfall. The house is at the end of a short street with only 4 other houses and you are secluded by the foliage We loved the walkway to the house with the whimsical railings. The house was beautifully decorated.

Absolutely Beautiful
This beautiful mountain house - Welcomes you Home right away. The beautiful craftsmanship from the ceiling - beams - floor and elegant furniture throughout the entire house-tasteful decorations and touches throughout the house. We absolutely loved it! The chefs kitchen and BBQ was a plus!! We cooked most of our meals- You can hear the beautiful sound waterfalls in the backyard from the house- this home is one We’d love to visit summer and fall - thank you for opening your beautiful home. Loved it all!!! May The Lord bless the owners and their home💕
