Great location, close to restaurants, super markets and cafes to go out during the day and night. Several nice beaches within a walking distance, great if you have little kids that don't like walking a lot in the heat. The room was very spacious and kitchen fully equipped. We loved the outside area, nice sitting out in the morning to have breakfast and lots of little plants and trees. Overall, we had a great experience and if we come back to Kefalonia, we will stay here again.

Nothing, May be a little updating

I highly recommend this accommodation, a pleasant environment in a small garden and a great effort by Panagis Tzivras to make us feel great. Kefalonia is a beautiful island, it takes at least 14 days to explore. Thanks to Panagis for the perfect service.

The location of Tzivras Villa & Apartments is unbeatable. Directly at the main road in Lassi, but the apartments are set back off the road. Several beaches like Gradakia Beach (5 min walking) and Makris Gialos / Piatos Gialos (10 / 15 min walking) nearby. Argostoli, the islands capital, is easily reachable on foot, too. About 30 minutes to reach the main square. Public parking directly in front of the property easily available (but I stayed at the end of season on the island). The apartment itself was basic, but clean and had everything I needed (a big bed, a hot shower, a table where to work on my laptop, a fridge and a well equipped kitchenette to prepare my own meals). Panagis and his mother were really helpful and considerate. My stay was at the end of the season, so they gave me a bigger apartment with a double bed instead of the one I booked. As I stayed (or planned to stay) longer, they also let me use the washing machine for free and when I unfortunately had to leave the apartment earlier to return back home before the second lockdown in Greece they came around and gave me the refund immediately.

Fabulous location on main Road thro Lassi set back off the road. Close to shops & restaurants and short walkto beaches.Property typically greek, basic and clean .The host Panagis was very helpful checked on us regularly to make sure we were happy.l A lot of cats & kittens around apartment . Although we are not cat people we enjoyed watching one cat & and her kittens. She was such a good Mum!. We also visited the family restaurant in Argostoli...Tzivras. It was traditional greek food cooked fresh every day .A great place for lunch. We were served by Terry who is Panagis brother. He also was very welcoming.
