Surprised I found everything in one place !
Tv remotes need batteries but we aren’t big on electronics so this didn’t bother us at all. Everything else is just as described and the property owner is very helpful !

The property is very clean, spacious, well stocked and right on the lake with the dock at the back door. We enjoyed the spaciousness both inside and outside.
The furnishings were comfortable and the soft cozy throws and pillows were an added bonus. We’re not a tall group so the lower ceilings in the main living area were not an issue.
We walked to a nearby restaurant and took a short drive downtown for activities.
Our group meets in Hot Springs often and would definitely chose this house again!

Had a good time was a perfect size for all 8 of us! Plenty of cookware and dishes. Was clean and in a handy location. Overall nice place to stay. My father is 6’1” walked downstairs just fine very low ceiling anyone taller may not be able to fully stand up. If you’re shorter than that no problem.

The house was very clean with a great location. The only thing they don’t tell you in the description is how low the ceiling is on the bottom floor where the kitchen and living room is located. We had some tall people with us that were over 6 ft and they had to tilt their head a little bit it was not that big of a deal. Also I would have preferred to have a way to lock all doors going out of the house from the inside for some extra security. You could lock from inside but the outdoor key pad code would open it. Needs to have some kind of security from the inside. With being said the house has a lot of room and it was a wonderful location. We would rent there again.

Nice appliances and everything you need in the kitchen. Short drive to downtown, parks and other Hot Springs attractions. Private rooms but also space for gathering together.

The place was clean. The host was amazing, helpful, and answered all of my phone calls and my questions! Most of us were elderly and it was so nice. My sister came from Florida, my 3 brothers live in nearby areas and one of our aunts lives nearby and we all got to enjoy our sister’s visit! Thank you. I would recommend it for young and old. Thank you

This property was simply Above our Expectations! The owner was absolutely amazing and stayed in communication whenever needed. This home is absolutely beautiful and very relaxing.

It was a very nice, clean property. I suggest, in the property description, that it should notify people that the ceilings downstairs are very, very low. Anyone above 6 feet will not be able to walk comfortably downstairs.

House was perfect for our group.
The owner of the property made sure any issues, questions, problems were resolved promptly and the house was as described on the listing. The back yard was really nice and being able to access the lake was a huge plus. We were just inside of town so it made it convenient to get to anywhere we were trying to visit. The master bedroom was awesome. Large, spacious and very private.

The location was perfect! Smack dab in the middle of lake Hamilton with two marinas a stones throw away. Not only was fueling up the boat convenient, the staff at the marina made us feel like we were in our own home.
Check in was simple because we were greeted by the owner. He made sure we were able to enter the property with ease and had everything we needed. Within about 10 minutes, then he left us to enjoy our stay. Great place, Great host, and Great people. We had a blast and definitely hope to stay again in the future.

Beautiful Location
The location of this property was the best. It was close to everything. We had plans of going out doing family activities but the house was so perfect we stayed home and enjoyed the house.

Place was so clean and spacious. Great location to places to eat, shop and access to the lake. Loved the cute patio areas, Great place for a family to stay. Great price. Host was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend.

Great stay, great location
Houses was in a great location Right off the bridge next to the marina but far enough from the road to feel comfortable. We rented the boat during our stay for cheaper than we could’ve rented from a marina which was a great bonus. House was right on the main Channel of the lake with a boat ramp next door for customers who wish to bring there own boat. Overall a great experience!
