Weather was perfect. House was in a great location. It was very nice . Only two things that need to be looked over. The grilll is on its last leg and the pool pump needs to be fixed . The pool water was mostly cloudy the whole week. Bad circulation. I have a pool, so I know how it should look. We had a great time . Thanks

Great location and great house for a family of 15. The house was well stocked and very clean. The location was as described...100 steps to the beach!The property manager was very proactive and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway and we are looking forward to staying at this property again in the future.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful time at Serenity. The house was well appointed and in good condition. The kitchen is great-well equipped and up to date. The water pressure in bathrooms is great. The pool was cleaned twice a week. The location is right across from the park, and close to the beach. Our only complaint is that while the house had motorized shades for the windows facing the park, the owners do not allow renters to use them. For people desiring privacy at night, this may be an issue for some. I would recommend this house if people are aware of the shade issue...we have used 30A Luxury vacations several times and will use them again. They always does a great job of being very responsive and helpful. Anytime we had an issue, they responded promptly and had answers to our questions.

Great Location for Families
Property is as advertised. Great neighborhood within walking or biking distance of most stores and restaurants. No check-in before 5pm is the only complaint.

Lovely home that accommodated our family for a family wedding. Loved the outdoor living space as well as all the options to have our extended family stay with us. We will definitely recommend to others. Easy walk to beach, shops, and eastern green where our wedding was.

“Serenity Now” is as lovely as the pictures depict. Our group of thirteen thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this lovely and spacious house. The heated pool was an added bonus on this wonderful girl’s weekend getaway. Thank you, “360 Blue”, for your quick response to a minor issue and for your extremely accommodating, professional,and congenial staff. We will definitely be contacting you again for our next trip to 30-A.

The location of the house itself was great- 2 min to downtown and across the street from beach access, the home was large and comfortable enough for 9 adults and 3 kids, and what small issues we encountered were quickly dealt with by 360.
We will book again if we can!

September 2019 Stay
Came to RB for a girls’ trip with old college friends to celebrate milestone birthdays. First the good: house location was excellent, and house was gorgeous. Easy walk to beach, pools, bars and restaurants in RB village. We loved - and lived in!- the kitchen/great room area. Now the disappointing: House was not cleaned/serviced well prior to our arrival. One bath (1st floor) had empty shampoo bottles, used soap and a used toothbrush (!) in the shower, the drain for the master bath tub had been pulled out and was laying on the side of the tub, mildew on walls of master shower, light bulbs burned out throughout house, only fitted sheets on 3rd floor beds (yes, these were “kids” beds but grown women were sleeping up there), we saw cigar remains in potted plants on patio and pool was dirty. We decided to use the community pool but no pool passes had been left (per the instructions in the app, we needed those), we had to call to request delivery. In sum, loved the house but attention to cleaning needed.

Our family of 7 adults and 5 young kids had a great time at Serenity Now. The house is beautiful but also very comfortable. The kids loved the third floor retreat. The location is great , a very short walk to the beach and into town. The pool was a nice treat after spending the day on the beach. We will be back!

Rosemary Beach has all the ingredients for an outstanding family vacation. Good weather, outstanding house and location, an abundance of dining options. Hope to do this again soon.

We were a group of 3 families and had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at Serenity Now. The location and amenities are great! Short walk to the beach, but not too far from stores and restaurants. The service was great, too, when we had a request. The kids enjoyed the pool so much, we didn’t need to go to the public pools. Overall, we highly recommend this house and we want to come back!!!

The property was not completely clean at 4pm - both kitchen garbage cans full, dishwasher full, refrigerator not cleaned out, outdoor furniture not wiped off, outdoor lights out and pool full kitchen of sand plus leaves. So disappointing! Also,
When pool person came, he left the hose running in pool all night!!!
Beautiful house and great location but definitely has main issues and staff needs to step it up.

April 2019 Stay
Serenity Now is a beautiful property. The pictures accurately reflect the rooms and it was perfect for our group of 16. Only house suggestions would be to get rid of the mattress on the first floor - my ribs hurt from sleeping on my side. Other suggestion would be for pool towels. If you have a pool on the property I thought towels would be provided for that. This is our fourth time to RB and all other homes had them. On another note, something has changed at RB from previous years. We had security visit us on our first night here at 9:45 to let us know that the noise ordinance is at 10pm. They came the next night at 9:15 and continued to visit the property regularly. We went to RB for vacation and felt like we were being put to bed at 10. The noise rule is if you can be heard next door then you are violating the ordinance. The houses are 5 feet away from each other so it was a constant violation. The area is beautiful, beaches are amazing but be aware - we never had this issue before.

January 2019 Stay
My sorority sisters and I so enjoyed our 30 year pledge class reunion at "Serenity Now." The folks at 360 Blue were amazing helping us to arrange wine tastings, in house massages, and a personal chef. The house itself was perfect for 13 of us but we could have slept more. The kitchen and living room were perfect places for us to gather. We had an amazing time and are planning a return visit next year.
