We love this place! It’s our second time coming down. From the townhouse, to the pool, clubhouse, beach, and location, it’s perfect! Highly recommend. We had no issues.

Good time and good price very family friendly

Most of all family friendly and safe! The location in Perdido along with the location on the resort was perfect. Walking distance to the pool. Beautifully kept landscape made for great morning walks. House was clean and spacious with modern updates. We enjoyed our time very much. Thank you!

Very nice and we loved having the bicycles to ride to beach and pool.

The townhouse looks like the pictures. Location was amazing, and the amenities were a huge plus! Two cons: 1) The living room and patio furniture are not comfortable for hanging out. It's just worn down and cheap. 2) When you're talking to the property manager, it was like talking to an automated system. It made check-in and check-out easy, but dealing with a specific issue just was very unhelpful. For example, the trash in the garage was full and smelt awful / covered in flies, and we just had to take care of it ourselves.

Space is great to be near beaches . The condo is fairly big with a lovely deck . Bikes and beach toys and chairs are also provided ! Lovely place overall !

Sun-Thurs stay We haven't been here too long. First appearance looked great. Just went to give my son a shower and the shower curtain has mold. Went to put things away in the same bathroom and the hand soap was laying in the top drawer and leaking. These are just a few things we noticed so far. By Wednesday we still hadn’t heard back from Vasasa’s “local team” Good Evening, so at this point we have never heard from a local manager. Couple things to add to the list are the bedroom ceiling fans lights are non operable (burned out maybe). The living room kitchen hvac we have never been able to run so we had to be careful how long we left the screen open. To control the temp. I ended up spending about hour in half looking up info online and was able to get the internet and wifi working. The cable TV channels were not working either not sure if they are yet. There is not a garage door opener around, I do kinda of understand why, but would be nice to be able to have one with the amount of bracelets and key cards we are responsible for. There are no window coverings on the biggest window/ door so my mom and wife were always conscious of what they were wearing etc. We have came to this resort over the passed 5 years 4 times and staying in this same street. This unit is in need of some creature comfort attention. Each correspondence we’ve had with Vacasa we were told we would be hearing from a local team, now we have been home for 2 days and Vacasa send message that the “local team” has resolved the issues.
