Location, walking distance to the ocean, pier, restaurants and coffee shop. Perfect!

Overall it was a great trip. Was a bit disappointed that the descriptions were way over exaggerated. The 1 bedroom queen apt was cute and quaint to us once we got over the somewhat, misleading and hyped up it was. If you like to bounce a quarter on your mattress you would love it. Going to take awhile to work the knots out of my back. Not to mention my neck from the barely there pillows. The sleeper sofa and pillows must have been competing with each other to see who could be the flattest with no cushion. Tried to say something to them and gave it up when I realized how pointless it was. The best part A/C was so loud had to keep it up high so it wouldn't come back on during the night. We did decide to stay an extra night. This was my first vacation in over 4 years and wasn't ready to go home yet. The vacation was still great once we got over the initial shock of sleeping situation we decided we would just make the best of everything.

It is very close to the restaurants and beach access where you did not have to worry about driving or moving your car. Very good area and could leave items on porch not worrying about anything getting taken. Love the area. Great walking distance to Lazy turtle beach and koko Bana pier restaurant. Room clean
Did not have cable TV but had roku. Not much furniture to place items and bathroom was smaller than like. Hot water is not as hot as other places but we did have it.

Clean, newly remodeled.
No room to store anything, luggage, clothes, towels, nothing. No dresser, no drawers, no closet. Nothing. Same for the bathroom, nothing. Bathroom sink is the size of a soup bowl.

We were close to the ocean and a beautiful beach. Good TV programming. Roomy enough for the two of us. Bed was comfortable. Couch was not. Getting to an outlet in the kitchen was difficult. Using the combination lock was difficult. We needed help more than once. There were two good restaurants close by. Basic shopping a short car ride.

The perfect size room for just me and the LOCATION!! I could walk to everything i needed. Restaurant/ bar across the street and on the beach :) Perfect weekend getaway

We liked our room and it's easy access to the beach but the next time we would prefer to spend the extra money to have room 201 or 101 with the balcony view of the ocean. We also liked the fact that there were eateries within walking distance and the area was relatively quiet.
The fact that employees were smoking on the walkways just outside of the rooms was less than pleasant. I have been diagnosed with heart disease and therefore suffered the repercussions of having to breathe in cigarette smoke daily as we went to and from our room. I woke up the next morning after we had arrived and my chest felt so heavy and was like that the entire stay. I ended up going to the urgent care when we returned home that Friday. It took 6 days for me to recover.
