Great location. Quite and safe neighborhood. Many shops and restaurants. Property manager always respond quickly. Easy chick in/out. We will stay again!

We needed a place in Derby for a couple of weeks and this place was more than just a place. Plenty of room to relax with comfortable couches and a nice kitchen. The communication was great and we had no issues whatsoever.
Close to restaurants and grocery stores and a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

It was such a pleasure to stay in such a beautiful home. Communication with the host was excellent and the house was exactly as described. Everything was very clean and clutter free. I look forward to staying here again on our next trip to Wichita/Derby area. 5 stars and more!!!

The home was conveniently located to the wedding venue. Three couples shared the home. The kitchen was great for prepping food for reception and for small family gathering the following night to eat leftovers! It was clean and spacious, everything we needed. The master bedroom bed was great. The bedroom with the bunk beds doesn’t have a door so might not be good for a fourth couple, better for children. I would stay there again.

Stayed one night and had a great experience! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in Derby or Wichita. The host was very responsive and professional and the home was very clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kantucky Derby! Our crew included two adults and two teens. Owners were extremely responsive and communicative. During our stay, there was a minor issue with an appliance and the owners offered to have someone come out and fix it on Thanksgiving. Thankfully it was still usable and not of an urgent nature, but we appreciated the offer and quick attention. The house was very clean and at a convenient location. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We cooked many meals during our stay and the kitchen was well stocked (and grocery was only 2 minutes away!). Everything about our stay was excellent and the host was very responsive and eager to please. We will definitely be staying there again when we are back in town visiting family!

We had 8 adults and this house was great! It was so nice to be able to stay together as a group. The decorations are super cute and trendy, the house is very clean and it’s a great location.

Perfect weekend stay for family wedding in the Wichita area. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. House was in a nice neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants, and very clean.

We were in town for a softball tourney. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to the fields and close to restaurant and grocery stores. Lots of stairs throughout the house. Nice backyard with a patio. We would definitely stay here again!!

This house is so close to our daughter and son-in-law - we would stay here again anytime we are visiting them. It was so much nicer than being in a hotel since this trip, I had my mother with me. The owners were so nice to work with. I would definitely rent here again.

The house was clean and comfortable for our family of six. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there's restaurants and stores very close. We would definitely stay here again on future visits.
