My family of six stayed at the home of Bethany and Steve and it was wonderful! Their home is perfect for large groups and the floor plan is spacious. The home is licated on a quiet street and the backyard views are Heavenly. The rooms are furnished nicely and very clean and well kept. The kitchen was sticked with everything a cook would need. We definitely plan to visit this area again and will keep this home in mind as our first choice.

We checked in a little early and we’re delighted with what we saw. With grandkids 5 and 7 they felt like they were in a game arcade! So many toys and games. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The deck, swing, and hammock were big hits. There are 3 large, comfortable sitting areas. The kitchen was efficient and had all spices available. The hot tub was fun for everyone. The adults played pool and the kids played air hockey. We highly recommend this place for families with or without young children. A very nice, quiet neighborhood.

We had such a great time at this home! We came for a sports tournament and had teenagers 15-18 and parents. The kids had a blast with all the games and fun! The kitchen was well stocked! The property is beautiful! We can't wait to stay here again next year!

Great house, loved the decor. Stylish but casual and comfortable. The kitchen was nice. Great location, outlying but still close to beach, parks, stores and the Coast. Beautiful view and grounds. Great deck, firepit, spa. They thought of everything. Game room was well equipped. My husband won the Nine Ball tourney 😄 The bar was convenient! Board games, lots of toys for the kids. Skiball was a hit with everyone. It was a great celebration for our family and friends that joined us. We would love to stay again

We had a wedding at our family home and needed more space to house guest. The house had plenty of room and very nice accomidations to stay comfortably. Very easy check in and clear instructions for check out. We thank the owners for all their help and enjoyable stay.

Very beautiful, spacious, comfortable house. It’s like your home away from home with all the extras the host has available at the house (air fryer, beach supplies, toys, and entertainment for all ages; among the many things!). My family and my sister’s family stayed at this house very comfortably. We had kids ranging in ages from infant to18 years old and there was something for everyone and they were all entertained at all times while at the house. We have stayed in many houses from multiple rental sites over the last few years and this house is definitely one of our top three. The host responded promptly and were so kind and thoughtful, they even left the supplies needed to make s’mores and reminded us to use the whole house fan when the weather started to warm up (whole house fan worked very well and no issues with house being to warm). My family and I would highly recommend this home to others. Definitely a great pick you will not regret!

My wife and I were joined by our two sons, their wives, and their kids (two each, so four grandkids) for four days to celebrate my 70th birthday, and it was wonderful. We so enjoyed the house -- it's spacious and well-furnished, comfortable and fun for everyone. With all the different games, toys, TV's, pool table, air hockey, skeeball, etc., the kids were never bored, nor the adults! Also there's a huge backyard to play in, as well as large deck with comfortable chairs, hot tub, and fire pit -- everything you could want, to enjoy a vacation, and we were happy to stay in the house for most of the time. We also did some wine tasting in Edna Valley, enjoyed Avila Beach, and the village (Arroyo Grande), Lots to do all around the area. The location is pleasant and quiet, with an expansive view in the back. The hosts were considerate and communicative. This is one of the best rental homes our family group has ever stayed in, and gave us special memories for a special occasion. Top-notch! We absolutely loved it.

We were in town for my son's wedding and stayed at this lovely home with family. Very roomy, clean, and filled with fun activities! When we were not busy with wedding festivities, we had time to play pool, enjoy the smores the host left for us, and enjoy the deck with beautiful views. We did not have time for the spa, but it looked wonderful. We wished we could stay longer just to enjoy the home! We noticed it was well-outfitted for an infant's stay. The kitchen was well-stocked. You will not be disappointed in this property!!

The house was spacious, and it was perfect for our large group. It had a huge game room with plenty of games to entertain everyone. There was a pool table, air hockey, foosball, board games, and nerf guns...just to name a few. TV's were available in multiple rooms with streaming services. The amenities were fantastic, down to the smallest details such as providing shampoo, shower gels, cotton balls, cotton swabs and bath salts. The house was organized. Light switches and linen cabinet shelves were labeled to eliminate the guess work. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The microwave and refrigerator were spotless. Coffee and tea were available, which was a nice touch. The hosts provided a basket of chocolate, graham crackers and marshmallows so we could make s'mores, which was a hit! We loved that the house was exceptionally clean. The location is serene with a big backyard, perfect for our dog to run around in. There were even dog poop bags available, which we'd never seen at a rental home. Beth and Steve were wonderful hosts. They were responsive to our messages and requests. The small and thoughtful details that they add set this charming house apart from other rentals that we've had. We felt at home during our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this property last weekend. We were there to enjoy our son's graduation from Cal Poly SLO. As most familiar with the area know, hotels, restaurants, and various other services can be difficult to access during big event weekends at the college. House was very roomy w/ 4 bedrooms (3 Q beds & 1 King), 2 separate family/game rooms that included Skee ball, pool & air hockey tables, and foosball. Plus, large kitchen & dining area with every modern convenience. Would definitely plan to reserve this location for a similar event in the future.

The house was very clean and well stocked and had lots of amusements for the kids. It served our needs well.

I had a ball! This house has everything you could think of and was so relaxing and peaceful. The host were very prompt with any questions or concerns. The house was more than what I expected and truly enjoyed myself and would recommend the house to anyone!

OMG where do I begin. We have stayed at a lot of places over the years but, I have to say this one tops them all. It was so inviting and felt like home. The game room was a big hit with the pool table, air hockey table & Foosball table it kept us all entertained. All the bedrooms meant we didn't have to share. Bethany & Steve were awesome they left a gift for our one son who turned 21 and left stuff to make snores for our other son. It was just an amazing time and we can't wait to do it again. Was amazing the house We all had such good time

The description of the home did not disappoint! We had a blast with the game room, nerf guns, hot tub, the beds were super comfy, there was so much space and the views were amazing! The house had everything plus more that we needed and it felt so homey. The entire house was so clean and is very well taken care of. We all had such a great time! Bethany was friendly, so response, and always pleasant to communicate with. Great spot and definitely worth booking a trip!

My family had a short post-Christmas get away and the house was lovely. The entertainment spaces and kitchen were perfect and the Christmas tree was a nice touch for our gift exchange!

This house was absolutely amazing to stay at! Not only were Bethany and Steve incredibly communicative and amazing hosts, but the house exceeded all expectations. There were tons of games to enjoy together, the house was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and the massive backyard was perfect for the two dogs that were staying with us. Kitty greeting us to the door just added to the incredible positive experience of staying here. Could not recommend this place more!!

We loved our stay! The house is very spacious and clean. The little touches like disposable toothbrushes to a s’mores kit were very thoughtful. Our adult children fully enjoyed the game room. We loved meeting Shadow the cat, too. We will definitely stay here again!

The resident kitty Shadow (who lives on the front porch) also provided our kids lots of joy! We loved the fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, s’mores kit, nerf guns & glow in the dark heloicopters. All of these fun amenities really made our stay wonderful. We only wish our birthday boy hadn’t caught Covid, and could have joined us on his birthday trip, but these things happen in the era of Covid. My daughter can’t wait to return to see her new friend Shadow.

Enjoyed this lovely home immensely! We had a wonderful family vacation. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, lovely panoramic views, great game room, and a very sweet and accommodating host !!
