This property was everything we thought it would be and more! Honestly, the best place we’ve ever stayed, we liked it so much we didn’t want to leave. Thanks for the best family vacation in a beautiful city!

Very nice and clean room and outside areas. Loved the decor and the beds were very comfortable. The back deck is large and nice to enjoy watching the water. Everything was super nice!

We enjoyed our stay. We sat out on the deck and watched the creek and the folks in the tubes go by late in the afternoon.

This condo is located in the perfect location…. Right on the river and is absolutely the cutest and cleanest condo!

What an amazing place. From the view, sound and peacefulness of the river to the comfort of the cabin, this location provided the great escape from life and hustle and bustle. The rental was just as pictured. Beds comfortable, kitchen met our needs. We didn't cook but it had what we needed if we had. Large shower. Host responded quickly when me reached out. Very profession and courteous as well. Getting access was super easy and all directions were clear. This unit was great for elderly guest as a ramp lead up for ease of entrance. Floor space was adequate for a walker to maneuver easily as well. We will definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We do plan to go back during tubing seasons.

Was a perfect location and perfect for our needs!! Right on river and was within walking distance to everything. Spotless interior, and more than enough room for the two of us. We will definitely be using again for future trip later this year with whole family

Our stay was very nice. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and located central to everything in Helen. The manager was quick to respond to our questions and the kids loved the proximity to the creek.

Property was well equipped. Plenty of towels for our entire stay. View from porch to watch and hear the river was very relaxing. Fireplace is gas so very convenient with no hassle or expense with firewood. Parking was limited but only steps from the door. I would definitely stay there again.

Took granddaughter for a weekend of fun. Played games at the fun center and visited babyland.

It’s always a pleasure to stay in Helen. I adore this little town & we like to come here often. We enjoyed this condo. It was clean. Great for a small family or couple. The condo is open so not much privacy. The fireplace is nice & we enjoyed sitting in front of it. I loved the balcony & being so close on the river. My kids enjoyed the water & skipping rocks. It’s literally near everything so it’s convenient. The only problem I had was with the beds, they were extremely uncomfortable for myself and my kids. We slept terrible. Also, i paid $25 an hour for late check out and they didn’t communicate that with their housekeeping staff and the housekeeper came in the room while i was naked from showering and argued with me about not having a late check out. She was very rude, just to find out that I was telling the truth. And I want to add that parking is limited so I recommend only traveling with one car. It’s only about 12 parking spaces available for all of the condos. & I accidentally locked myself out of the condo & had to call maintenance. He was quick and fixed the problem right away. He also was nice. So thankful for that!! But other than that we enjoyed our stay here. If they replaced the beds, we would stay here again!!

Excellent place

The property was perfect for our family of four. Super easy walk to downtown. Close to a family dollar in addition to several restaurants. The creek was a great distraction for the kids. Several falls close by such as Anna Ruby falls or Dukes Creek Falls.

The location was perfect! The unit was clean and felt very homey! The check in was made easy through the email communication. Everything in town was within walking distance. Walking out back to our own private deck was set with a beautiful view of the river and pleasantly private! This will be a place I will highly recommend as we will return for more stays in the future.

Close to everything

Property was exactly as described. Great Location to walk to restaurants and shopping and avoid $10 parking fees. Kitchen and bathroom were nice & clean and updated. Would stay again and recommend.

I always enjoy staying here, even with a broken dishwasher last year and few dishes. I like to eat in. Us girls enjoyed it again this year. Looking to book next year. But bring your own towels and rags. They provide white ones. 2 towels and a rag got stained and it cost me $40.

We had ants on day 1.

The location was perfect- easy walking distance to everything in town. The river in the backyard was great and the kids had a blast playing in it. Beds were comfortable and the place was clean. Would stay again!

Loved the suite. The river at the back porch was amazing. Great memories. Only thing bad was the noise the freezer made all night long.

I had my grandson and nephew with me for the weekend in Helen. The property is in a great location to walk to everything; the river is right behind the property; the property has a huge deck in the back-we enjoyed sitting out there and watching the tubers and the fly fishermen. The property was well appointed with comfortable beds and a huge television. The only drawback was the kitchen was missing a baking pan and a tea pitcher. Otherwise, it was perfect. I would recommend it and hope to stay there again.

The condo is very nice. It has updated everything and very clean. Each condo is decorated with a theme. Ours was "safari" and it was done really well and tastefully. Our back deck was spacious and sits right on the river. Our son enjoyed his days just splashing around in the cool mountain water. As a bonus, there are three very nice gas grills available for use. We will be returning and we definitely recommend.

This suite was absolutely amazing! The location, the overall suite and the deck. Being able to walk downtown, sit by the river was awesome! Highly recommend!!

The best part of all is the river at the back.
