It would be unfair to say that this is not a decent property, basically having all you need for a short stay in Boquete. But…

There were several things we didn’t like and there are the reasons for evaluating this property as far the most disappointing in last years: - we’ve been traveling across Panama for 15 days and in all accommodations we have firstly received some recommendations, what to see, where to eat, local tips. Panaminan hosts were really nice and helpful. When arriving to Villa Alejandro we received only rules, some of which are really ridiculous. You have to take your shoes off even to approach reception for check in and you are explicitly warn not to dirt towels (wth make up) as cleaning shall in such case be additionaly charged . Guys, it’s a hotel. - once we have been checked in, we have compared the rooms with what we have booked. And paid. And we for sure didn’t received that. We have booked two rooms, both with description that there is a separate living room and a separate bedroom. Well, the room was only one, decent, but quite small. We have chosen the property also because the description stated that there is a washing machine in a room, convenient after week of trekking in Panamian jungle. Guess what, none of the rooms were not equipped with a washing machine. We have made a complaint and the response of the management was - “we are sorry, you are not the first one complaining, but the description on Booking is wrong. However we have seen some other apartments at the property and such with separate rooms exist. We were expecting to receive the rooms we have booked, but the management offered a 30 min massage as compensation, which I did not accept. I can not be bought and customers should not be defrauded and cheated like that . - the room was small and the quality/price performance was far rhe worst in Panama Avoid this place and choose something else in pleasant Boquete

Camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y tranquilo

No es que no me gusto es que cuesta acostumbrarse ya que no es costumbre en Panama,que tienen política de no zapatos dentro pero mantiene todo limpio

A magic place to feel at home surrounded by beautiful nature nd a sounds of. Steams rain frogs and birds. A most comfortable and beautiful place to be. Everything is perfect to the little detail.

Nothing to complain about

Excellent location. Spotless clean. Beautiful landscape. Awesome kitchen facilities. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Having an air conditioner is a plus.

Bueno les cuento mi experiencia Fue como entra a un museo no se podía tocar nada Si lo tocabas se tenías que limpiar nos hicieron firmar un documento que nos hacíamos responsables de todo y ellos no se hacen responsable de nada Me dijeron que si ensuciaba las toallas me tocaba pagar Ósea como no se ensucia una toalla mi pareja es morena y le dijeron que si las manchaba de maquillaje las tenía que pagar Me pareció un poco resista ese comentario Y ese tema de la limpieza es súper incómodo Para eso se paga para que ellos limpien Pero según ellos el huésped es el que debe limpiar Fue tan incómodo que no dormí bien. Pensado si la cama se manchara con algo y me la cobraran
