Location and house were great. This was very well suited to our needs. House was clean and well furnished with multiple HDTVs. We had a hiccup with house air fresheners when we first arrived. My partner is sensitive to the certain smells in the environment and I appreciated the hosts son allowing me to check out the house before our stay. There was a mix up when we arrived and the plug-in scented air fresheners were still plugged in but we were able to store them in a drawer next to the refrigerator in the kitchen and open some windows to air the place out. I loved the birds singing in the trees out front every morning. The host keeps the garage locked so I did have a few bird droppings on my vehicle as a result. This is very minor. The water pressure at the sinks in the bathrooms seemed a little low and takes a while to warm up but if you turn on the hot water in the tub you can speed it up. I’m being nit picky to even bring this up but it might be something to look at improving. Heat and AC worked great along with the washer and dryer. Overall I enjoyed the house and had minor complaints.

It was a pleasure to be there because we were in a walking distance of our youngest son and his family .

It was an ideal place for my daughter and son-in-law and their 2 young children (3 and 7). Very clean and convenient to grocery stores, shopping and entertainment. Very quiet neighborhood - and comfortable beds!! We loved the labels for the light switches - so very helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second time renting this house. We have family in Huntsville and it's great to see them - AND - have our own place since there are so many people. This house is always perfect for that and we appreciate the owner renting to us each year.

This was an excellent home to stay at while in Huntsville. The inside was very spacious and well-appointed, which allowed my family to relax in comfort. The backyard contained a nice sitting area as well. Communication with the owner was very good and he was extremely helpful. We will certainly be renting this property again whenever we are in the Huntsville area visiting our son in college.

This was our second time staying at this house property because we loved it so much the first time. It’s just perfect. Clean, comfortable beds, two living spaces, dining room, kitchen with everything you need. The area seems very safe, and I wouldn’t hesitate to go for a walk there. Publix is easy walking distance, anything else you up might need is available within ten minutes(driving). We love it!

This is such a cozy place to stay. I would highly recommend this to anyone, who is looking for a warm, spacious place to relax in Huntsville. The property owner was very nice and worked with us. Great spot. 5 stars plus.

My large family and I need somewhere we could stay where there was plenty of room to just hang out together! Both living areas and the deck in the back provided great space for hanging out and catching up with family! Location was wonderful! Literally right accross the street from a grocery store for any last minute needs! Easy check in and check out process and very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed staying at this property. It has a lot of space and a great set up for families. Property owner was very clear with instructions and everything was as expected.

We really enjoyed staying at William’s place. It was clean, spacious, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was there. The neighborhood was great, and felt very safe. Nice backyard, too. Everything about the place was just fantastic. I’d love to stay again in the future!

While this trip was just my wife and I, there was plenty of room for kids ... not just for sleeping but also in the available living spaces! The house was exactly as described and seen in the pictures. It was clean, conveniently located, roomy, and well-priced! The check-in process was simple, the bed was comfortable, the outside living area was nice (though it was a bit chilly for us to take advantage of it this time around), and we had everything we needed. I'm not sure what else to say other than we will absolutely check availability here the next time we're back in the Huntsville area! William, thanks for a great stay! We enjoyed it and hope to be back!

This property was so much more than we expected. The pictures don’t do it justice. Very spacious & beautiful home. Plenty of room for me. my husband and 4 teenage boys. The neighborhood was quiet. The property was well kept. Will definitely try to book for our annual trip in 2023.

We needed a house to use while in Huntsville for a family Thanksgiving holiday and this house was perfect for our family of 4 to use. The house is just as the listing describes. Check in process and departure instructions were the simplest of all VRBOs I've done. Thanks William!

We were in town for a wedding. This was a great place for us to rest and get ready for the weekend with family. House is comfortably decorated. Weather did not permit us to enjoy the gazebo and fire pit. Overall great stay. Should we find ourselves in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

House is clean, and beds were super comfortable. This is a great place for gathering with pavilion out back.

Great area, great house. Has everything you could ever imagine needing. They provide everything. There's a fire pit, covered patio, darts, and privacy fence. AC works wonderful as well as the fridge. Sidewalks to walk on and close to everything including Walmart and walking distance to Publix. Couldn't be happier. Thanks for the great stay.

Everything was nice however, there could be better water pressure..

Had everything we needed! Place was very clean. The only thing I would recommend is a new coffee pot and maybe having a toaster. Other than that the place was nice! Would use again if needed in the future.

Comfortable house in a nice quiet neighborhood

It was a great stay, the disconnect our family needed from our busy work weeks and running our family business. Everything was clean, very spacious, and all beds were really comfortable. Even though we didn’t spend time in the backyard, it has a nice setup.
