Beautiful and comfortable home located in a safe friendly neighborhood. Large space to fit a family of 7 without compromise. Patio relaxing with small fire pit available. Kitchen perfect for home meals. Yet restaurants and shopping less than a mile away if needed.

The house was awesome. Great layout with so many sleeping and bathroom options.
Only downside was the neighborhood. During the day and at night were very different. But the back patio was a beautiful respite in the evening.

House was nice amenities poor no extra trash bags no bar soap not enough toilet paper all of these things are inexpensive and easy to store in cabinets for access paying as much as we did for the room I don’t expect to have to go out and purchase them

It was perfect for our family of 8 for Thanksgiving; everything we needed in the kitchen was there and the layout of the bedrooms was great for everyone to be together but also have their own retreat. Loved the small den near the front where the teens could game, while the adults were cooking and watching football. Highly recommend.

The property was perfect for my family and I. Close to restaurants and shopping and to LSU. We loved it and will come back again. Great TV's with options, kitchen appliances all new and clean. Nice little deck to sit out in the morning with coffee and look out over the water, lots of birds on the little canal. Mike was always accessible and very attentive. Even checked in with us after we left and asked for any suggestions to make our stay better, I had none! Used the pool once, very nice too. We will be back!

We were in town for a family reunion, this house was perfect for our needs. Very well cleaned, great location, and Mike was very friendly and easy to work with. We hope to stay at this property again in the future.

Property was great….super clean and new in a great neighborhood. We used this house as our home base while moving our son into LSU (about 20 minute drive). We will certainly be staying here again.

Booked to attend a baseball tournament. Centrally located for our tournaments, visits to downtown Baton Rouge and about an hour to New Orleans. Very clean and a nice 4 bedroom layout.

This house was very nice. Brand new! Nicely decorated, layout was open and inviting.
The kitchen was well stocked and had starter packs for everything. A nice touch was shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all bathrooms.
The kids loved the pool!
We will definitely stay again.

We arrived at the unit in the evening, and the AC unit died on us. The owner, Mike, showed up at 1AM with a portable window unit & even offered to spring for a hotel room. When the AC tech arrived the next morning and told us that the part to fix the unit would be a few days, Mike offered up his other house to us. He is a FANTASTIC guy who bent over backward to make sure we were comfortable & taken care of. 100% would recommend.

This location is great. Close enough to LSU to get back and forth easily, but away from all the chaos.The house is great and beautifully furnished. Owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Only negative is that the front room didn’t seem to get air circulation from the air conditioner. Other than that everything else was amazing.

The property is brand new with all the amenities and beautiful terrace over looking the water. Great for watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee or sunset with favorite beverage. The accommodation was perfect for our entire family with plenty of room and privacy. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful with beautiful community pool and play ground for the the kids or just a leisurely walk. Mike is very responsive and available when you need him. We will definitely be visiting again. Thanks, Mike!! .

The home was immaculate and very well-cared-for. The host was very responsive when needed and allowed us to check in early. The home had a tray of snacks . The bathroom had Q tips and such. The home is in a nice area. We would definitely stay there again..

6 of us between the ages of 56 and 67 met for a relaxing weekend. We will definitely rent this home again! It was clean and spacious and appeared all new. The host was great and very responsive.

This is an immaculate home in a nice quiet and well manicured neighborhood. The home is very well equipped, and had many extras that you don’t typically find in a Vrbo rental, such as dental floss, cotton balls and tips, and even a snack tray! It is well decorated. The layout of the home is very good, we had a party of 6 adults and an infant. There is a grocery store about 5 minute drive away. If you are going to the area around LSU, it is about a 20 minute drive, but the safety and quiet neighborhood is worth the drive.

Stayed here for a wedding with family members, purposely booked a 4 bedroom house to accommodate adults and kids. Owner was monitoring activities on his camera and sending me screenshots concerned about the number of guests staying at the house. We had 2 couples and a grandmother in a 4 bedroom home. Mid rental the owner asked for additional money for cleaning. We regularly rent properties on VRBO and this was the nosiest renter we’ve ever experienced.

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Mike’s house. This house is set up nicely with the 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a game room as well. You can tell this is a new house and all the furnishings are brand new, which was very nice. We loved the open kitchen/dining/living room area so we could socialize throughout the weekend. This is the first VRBO house that came furnished with hand soap for every bathroom and body wash, shampoo and conditioner for every shower. Mike was easy to work with and the welcome basket with snacks was a nice surprise!
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this house if you are coming to Baton Rouge.

Overall our stay was great. The place is clean, nice, and a great space. The kitchen area was great and well stocked with all we needed. Having 3 good size bathrooms were also great! The only minor complained about the space would be the mattresses aren't great. The foam isn't very comfortable and holds in heat - so on a summer night it was pretty hot! While the houses in the neighborhood are really close together the neighborhood was really quiet.
