Quiet neighborhood. Roomy house. Plenty of parking available. Only TV in main living room. Bunk room is very small so won't work for any one with claustrophobia or uncomfortable in small spaces. Somewhat dark in living/bedrooms. Needed more towels in all bathrooms but sent over immediately. Added more hangers in closets as they were sparse. Iron scheduled to be replaced. Lots of stairs and front walk stones get very slick in damp conditions. Good place for families and especially with children.

The home was very nice! The beds were all very comfortable. The neighborhood was quite and beautiful. Would definitely stay in this home if I'm ever in the area again!

Terrible place to stay. It needs inspection of the property . Needs to be remodeled in order to rent . Very old and molded smell inside the house .Ants inside the house very dirty carpets and walls, furniture not stable to seat on it. Screen Front door of the house was broken and dangerous to enter in the house. I could not enjoy stay at all with my family.

We were in town for a swim meet and opted for a VRBO instead of a hotel. Perfect for our stay with easy access to the pool. Great rooms and space for us all. Would certainly rent again!

So spacious and comfortable! Has everything needed for a family to have a wonderful time and close to everything.Very clean and plenty of room in kitchen and dinning room to have dinners and sit for breakfast.

So much space to visit with in-laws. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom and the common space was excellent. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to make meals. We would definitely stay there again.

House had plenty of rooms, bathrooms and was in a great location for the purpose of our trip. We found it to be clean, comfortable and would recommend.

We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The location was perfect. The layout of the house was just what was needed for the four adults and two children.
Did I mention there were four full bathrooms?
Communication with the property manager was easy and convenient.

This was a 4 couple friends weekend, even though I live in Apex we didn’t have enough room for everyone. This house was perfect. The long dining table fit all of us for breakfast and for game playing. It was clean and located close enough to get to anything in 10 minutes (even my house).

Great locale, great amenities as advertised. Very clean and spacious house in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of bedrooms / bath combinations. The kitchen and dining areas allowed for a festive family gathering. Would highly recommend.

It was such a great house, such a great stay! Highly recommend because of the fact that the bedrooms are really well sectioned off. We could have the kids in their rooms sleeping and there were enough doors and soundproofing that we could have a movie on and not be disturbing them. So many bathrooms! Everything was super clean and well taken care of. Even with the few hiccups we experienced the host handled everything wonderfully and really made our stay extra wonderful.

This was an absolutely beautiful home that I rented for my family for the weekend to attend my brother's graduation from NC State. It is only about 15 min from campus in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Plenty of room for us to stretch out giving everyone their own bedroom and bathroom!
The only comment that I would make it that there are a lot of stairs in this home and the walkway to get to the from door is a bit difficult. Unfortunately my father had a very hard time and it was less than ideal for him. But it was fine for everyone else.

This rental property was as advertised. It was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The team was very responsive to each of our requests. Family enjoyed the amenities and the flow of the house for our gathering. We would highly recommend this site to any family / friends in the future.

My group was 4 couples and one single person. The bedrooms being spread out worked great for us! The large dining table was perfect and we really appreciated each bedroom having its own bathroom. I would recommend this location and property management company. Suggestions: one additional TV in the lower level living room and extra towels and blankets would be nice.

This property is much bigger than than the photos portray. There is plenty of room for a large family to spread out and relax but there’s still a very cozy feel. The property is clean, well maintained and is well stocked with complementary supplies like laundry detergent, aluminum foil, coffee, etc. The owner/manager is quick to respond and seems to be very interested in guest satisfaction. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, easy to get anywhere in town. Enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and gas stove to cook on. Cooked all of our meals at the house, but ventured out for ice cream. Lots of room, we had five adult and had plenty of room to spread out

Met up with friends and family for football game and was a great house to entertain and host. Large dining room table and plenty outdoor seating. Beds very comfortable!!!

The property was great! We had 6 adults in the house and there was more than enough room for everyone. The house was very clean and well stocked. The house is in a quiet, friendly neighborhood and conveniently located to all that Carey/Apex has to offer. We arrived earlier than expected and Annie graciously allowed us to check in before the designated time. Highly recommend.

It has an entire 2 bedroom space with fireplace and seating area that is perfect for kids to have there own area to hang out or play. There is a nice backyard for sitting and playing ball for the kids. Very nice wooded neighborhood, and communication with the owner was responsive and easy. We would definitely stay here again.
