Very clean and well decorated with nice amenities. Location is a short walk to shops and restaurants.

This was my first time staying at a VRBO and I couldn't be more pleased! This was the most lovely place to stay in the heart of downtown Mount Dora. It was decorated so beautifully and really felt like a special treat! Speaking of treat, the host left us the yummiest gift box of local bakery items. She was a 10/10 as far as hosts go! Very fast at communicating and so thoughtful throughout the whole process!

A beautiful townhouse. Upon arrival we were greeted with a welcome treat. The king bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was very pretty with a beautiful walk-in shower. Everything super clean Would highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed in the Tremain for the month of February 2023. We found the condo to be very comfortable, well decorated and very well stocked. Everything was so new and very clean. The living area was very comfortable and had great wifi and streaming service. The kitchen was brand new and we just loved the walk in pantry! One of our favorite things was the screened in patio! This area was great for morning breakfast, afternoon card games and with its west facing direction we were treated to beautiful sunset skies in the evenings. The close proximity to downtown Mt Dora was great! We were able to take advantage of everything Mt Dora has to offer with just a short walk! Ashton was a great host, she was very easy to communicate with and helped with some great recomendations of places to visit while in Mt Dora We would definitely stay here again!

New, clean, upscale, great location to downtown, quiet walking street, comfortably appointed, great wi-fi and TV, would definitely stay again.

The location is exactly as pictured. The house is beautiful. Both beds are very comfortable, and the back patio is awesome when you aren't enjoying all Mt Dora has to offer.

It was perfect for my husband, daughter and I. It is exactly half way to FSU and saved my daughter a 6 hour drive. We used the porch and backyard a lot and were thrilled we could bring our dog. The neighborhood was lovely and the location to town could not have been better.

This home is beautiful. One of the best homes I have stayed in. It was very clean, cozy and we felt so welcomed. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms had extra touches. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed quiet time on the patio. The VRBO pictures were exactly how the home looked. The location was perfect, we walked everywhere. So many extras were provided. The owners were great! Their communication was top notch, checking in with us and letting us know to call if we needed anything, which we didn't. I am definitely staying here again. An amazing and special mother daughters weekend was had, and I am so thankful for this beautiful home we stayed at!

This was by far one of the best rental properties we have ever visited. From the moment you walk in through the front door you could tell this was a first class property. Immaculately clean and organized. Nice, well appointed, comfy living room. The rest of the townhome was just as nice and inviting. Great kitchen with new and modern appliances. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Two nicely furnished bedrooms with ample closet space. Bathrooms (1 full and one half) were also nice and super clean. We had a question when we checked in and called our property contact. There was no problem getting in touch with Ashton, who was able to provide assistance. I almost forgot to mention the awesome location of this townhome. It’s two blocks away from the Mt. Dora downtown area. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. In summary, this is a property that we will request next time we are in the Mt. Dora area. Loved it for its livability, comfort and cleanliness.

This property is perfection! The design and convenience are over the top. Just minutes away from our favorite restaurants and shoppes!! Ashton was attentive and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back! ☺️

Family visiting from out of state, air conditioner dies, what do you do? Find a short term rental. This place was the perfect solution. Great location in downtown Mt. Dora, you can walk to most places. It's an older place that has been completely renovated. You feel at home. We did not need to contact host for anything. All was provided.
