The location was great, close to everything. Beautiful sunsets.

We were not informed about construction next door. Also, add listed Hot tub and dishwasher which were non-existent. Beach was not a swimming beach and ad implied that it was. Biggest complaint was not being informed about the construction next door. It was deafening and our unit was filled with diesel exhaust.

Place was nice comfortable and clean. Quiet area Directions to the location could have been better Beech area wasn’t exactly taken care off. I would recommend this place. Will definitely stay there in the future

We really enjoyed our stay in Sandy Beach. The apartment was clean and worked great for our needs. The area is very quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed watching the sunsets out on the dock.

Everything was exactly as the pictures showed. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Roatan.

I recommend Roatan and staying in this location. Comfortable, well equipped, and the ocean out the front door. Perfection

Cabana is located close to beach with views of ocean that were enjoyed. Unit is well equipped and met all our needs, we especially enjoyed BBQ! Luke the property manager was excellent throughout our stay from welcoming to our departure. We suggested an upgrade (toilet), which is being addressed. Pool was cloudy on occasion and it was addressed. It is a nice community of Cabanas, it was a pleasure enjoying the Sunset from the Dock with other vacationers. Overall we had a great stay and throughly enjoyed the magnificent snorkeling right off the dock and visiting the island.

Wanted someplace quiet. Perfect. Very close to great snorkeling or diving. Walking distance to a few different dining options.

Beautiful spot. Stayed in one of the Sundancer cabanas close to the water. Cabana was exactly as described and included all the necessities. The pier was a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets. Beach area is not the best for swimming but you can jump off the pier or go to the pool. Must admit the pool needs a little TLC and updating but still decent. The location is very lush and peaceful and not a far drive to the beautiful West Bay Beach. Luke the property manager was readily available. We would definitely rent from here again.

We had a very nice 2 week stay at this cabana. First off, Conrad's communication prior to arriving was top notch! Then when we are arrived and throughout our stay Luke the property manager was fantastic! The location is great, steps to the beach with a pier that we spent most our days. You can snorkel right from the dock. It's a little ways out there but you really don't have to go anywhere else to snorkel. The cabana had everything we needed as far as amenities. Plan to stop at Eldon's grocery store for all your food needs. Including condiments and spices. There are none in the house. Clean, cozy and was roomy enough for 4 of us. We never even ran out of hot water with all our showers. We had a couple power outages but that's what happens on the island. We ended up renting a car which was perfect to be able to go where we want to go. But there were others that just used taxis and that worked fine too. Sundancer is in the perfect location. Turn right and your minutes from West End / West Bay. Or turn left out of the community and your minutes from the grocery store or to be able to head out East. Coconuts Bar and Grill is at the entrance. A very fun bar/grill with great waitstaff, good food and live music. Walk the beach to Lawson Rock deli for a nice lunch. There are other bar/restaurants on the beach with in walking distance but they were closed due to road construction. There is also a dive shop just a few doors down on the beach. We made many friendships from our stay - it's a great area to meet lots of people. Roatan is known for sand fleas and after rainy days for sure just be prepared. Just do your research on prevention because you don't want to let that deter your stay. Such a wonderful place! We highly recommend and will be back someday!

Great Location if you are diving as the blue island dive shop is literally 200 yds from the front door. The dock was great. We have no complaints.

The experience was quite good and we will love to come back It would be nice if u have more than one TV in the house and that the TV has more channels than it have now Beside that every was quite good for the experience

The property owner is a great guy, Luke the property manager was excellent. The property was beautiful and well kept. If we had any at all negative to say. Is there no signage from the road making the property very hard to find.

Just as advertised...quiet, relaxing tropical setting steps from the beach and great snorkeling! Clean, well equipped cabana with good Wi-Fi...Property Manager Luke was great and helped me minutes after I checked while at the airport with the crisis of a forgotten item. Thanks and highly recommend this property!

The cabana offers the right combination of comfort and convenience. You will be close to some of the island's nicest beaches while benefiting from the property's privacy. We really appreciated that the owner supplied purified water so that was a great amenity. The owner and property manager were extremely attentive and we highly recommend booking with them.
