Very cute house in great location, close to Disney and a Walmart for groceries. The resort has a very clean and nice pool area with waterslides. Rooms are nicely spaced apart for more quiet/privacy. Beds were comfy with nice pillows. Kitchen had all the things you would need to prepare a meal. The homeowners were super friendly with great communication. When I couldnt figure out thermostat she got up with me immediately to fix the issue. Highly recommend this rental!

This is our 3rd stay in this community and this house was the best by far! Heating of the hot tub was included! Super responsive owners who were on top of any question we had within minutes AND even went out of their way to deliver us a fun family surprise when we ran into a little glitch with the hot tub, which was addressed immediately! The location was superb and incredibly clean! The extra household amenities, that are often not included were super helpful (detergent, dishwasher pods, etc)! Our family had the best time and I'm certain will be back again! Highly recommend!

What a wonderful experience! Everything was as advertised, and Caitlin and Scott were perfect hosts! We would recommend this location, for any family staying in the Orlando area. It was so convenient to all of the locations that we wanted to experience for our family vacation. We also just loved spending time in their home and enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

It was absolutely wonderful to stay at this property! We had three couples (grandparents, adult children/spouses) and a grandchild stay here. With three king size beds and a bunk room, it was perfect! Very clean and had all kitchen items you would need. We've stayed at Windsor Hills many times before and it is the perfect gated community with lots of amenities, but the backyard pool and proximity to WDW was really all we needed. Probably what I loved most was that is it hosted by a real homeowner that doesn't use a third party to manage the bookings, communication and contract. Caitlin and Scott are fantastic hosts! We have used VRBO for decades and this is what it was originally, people sharing their properties with others and taking pride in the process. If the entire family comes back again, this is for sure where we will be staying!

Wonderful house for Disney family vacation. Clean, spacious with a well stocked kitchen. Pool and hot tub were great after long days in the Disney parks. Community pool with slides was awesome. Communication with the owners was exceptional and we appreciated their Disney suggestions. Would stay here again when visiting Disney with family

Booked to stay in Windsor Hills as have stayed before and it is a lovely safe estate close to attractions and shops and restaurants. The owners contacted us straight after booking and kept us updated and informed from booking to arrival. Unfortunately we were traveling during a hurricane, so our plans changed which meant we would be arriving a day early. This was no problem and we were allowed in when we needed to. Upon arrival we had been left an amazing goodie basket of Hurrican supplies including water and flash lights in case of power cuts. A couple of days after we arrived the owners emailed me to check we were ok and had not had any problems with the weather. The way the owners treated us is a definite added bonus to a great villa.

The house was as good or better than what is listed. It is extremely clean, spacious, and the instructions for your stay are very clear. The house has a fantastic layout for multiple families. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. The game room is great and has a ps5 and plenty of games to play. There is detergent for the washing machine and tablets for the dishwasher. The pool is clean and bigger than we anticipated and it is heated. The community is gated and it is quiet. It has a community pool with water slides and an arcade and gym. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping within a ten minute drive to stock up the fridge. There are no surprise fees nor is there above and beyond work that the owners demand of you that you can get with so many listings. Just keep the house clean and take out the garbage (which is in a bin on the front porch). The owners were very responsive to questions and comments and were professional in their communications. We would totally stay here again if we were visiting Walt Disney World.

House is in a great gated neighborhood, about 15 mins from all Disney parks. Well stocked with most essentials and near lots of restaurants. Caitlin and Scott went above and beyond to make sure our stay was special for my young son and daughter, who share a birthday week. Each bedroom has their own bathroom and the kitchen was full sized. It was easy to feel “at home” while on vacation. All of us (my parents also came) agreed we would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed in the Windsor Hills Resort on a few occasions. This rental was by far our favorite. The lay out of the home was perfect for our family of six. Big bonus was the fan in every room! (For some reason this is not common.) Another plus was the game room was air conditioned. This has not been the case in the other homes we've rented within the resort. The hostess was very kind and very communicative. The property was set up with everything we needed. The sliding door to the pool took some getting use to as we have never had to deal with a "pass through" alarm before, but it also gave me great comfort knowing that our small people couldn't get into the pool deck undetected. This place is at the top of our list to rent again!

Everything was perfect! I would highly recommend staying here. House was beautiful, convenient, safe and clean. Great hosts. So close to every thing.

This home had the space, comfort, location, and everything we needed for our family vacation. We usually stay on Disney property, but doubt we ever will again after enjoying a week here. It's close to everything and yet feels like home away from home with bonus entertainment and activities. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. There were plenty of extra towels, blankets, and hangers, and it was well stocked overall. The pool & hot tub were a welcome treat after days at the park and our adult "kids" (22 & 23) very much enjoyed having an entertainment room to lounge in. Everything was better than anticipated, and the host was exceptional. Tremendously helpful, thoughtful, proactive on an issue with the grill, made "May the 4th be with you" special for our family (we have some serious Star Wars fans), and communication was fantastic before we arrived, throughout our trip, until well after we left. We're looking forward to our next trip here.

Caitlin went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The house was super clean, exactly as listed, an overall great house. They even had a lovely chocolate covered strawberries tray delivered to our door on Mothers Day. So so sweet! And very responsive if you have any questions. Don’t hesitate…book this home you won’t be disappointed.

Very nice property. I stayed her with my wife and our 2 daughters and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and its close to everything. We would definitely go back. Caitlin went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly and we had no problems.

This is one of the best rentals we’ve ever had in Kissimmee. The house is well maintained and updated. Windsor Hills is very nice. The owners were great to work with. Great location. Loved the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at this home. It has a great layout and is quite comfortable. Our grandkids loved the pool and the gameroom and it is a short walk to the playground and amenity center. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed for 30 nights, and it was a great experience. We loved everything about it. We were so close to the parks which helps when you have a young family, and the supermarkets are on your door step. We all got loads of use out of the pool and games room, which was perfect to relax after a day at the parks. The owners and management company were a pleasure to deal with and even sent a package before hurricane Ian hit in the event we lost power. I am wishing we could come back next summer! Thanks!

Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful all the way from booking to check out. The villa is well equipped (and so much more) and matches perfectly with the description. The decor of the villa is beautifully detailed and functional (loved the pool lights). And the resort is clean and safe with a great location.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! The pictures don’t give this stunning house any justice! Our families had such a great time! We spent the mornings at the community water park then came back to the house for more swimming! When we got tired of swimming we’d enjoy family time watching movies in the comfortable living room or play some games in the large game room. We felt right at home and the owner makes sure you’re stay is perfect! That’s exactly what my family and I experienced! I would love to stay here every time we come to Orlando!!
