Very clean, ton of stuff in shed to bring to beach!!!

The house was perfect … fully equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable, great neighborhood. Short walk to a great beach. Rob was an amazing host! He checked in on us a few days into our stay to make sure we were all set. Communication from beginning to end was wonderful. Rob emailed and left a copy of recommendations for activities, meals, etc. We were thrilled with the restaurants we tried based on that. Overall a wonderful week. Would definitely come back!

Everything is excellent. The property, location and neighborhood. Host Rob was amazing - everything perfectly organized, nice touches throughout. This was a great week for our family of 4... Morning runs and hikes, days at the beach, afternoon kayaking... So relaxing. Thank you Rob.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this super clean beach house! Excellent location! We loved the beach and kayaking so close by. Each day we went on a different adventure- A private sail in Mystic, shopping in Essex, enjoyed the best restaurants in Old Saybrook, and the waves at the Rhode Island beaches! Rob was an excellent host!

My family and I loved the stay at the beach house.There was everything there that we needed.The host was excellent .He had listed activities ,restaurants,grocery store and many more. We did not have to bring extra things because everything was there including kayaks ,beech chairs , cooler,etc. We grilled and and made someores. This was a very special time for our family to be together and have fun. We appreciate the host Rob very much for providing the perfect week at the beech experience. Thank you!!!

We were looking for a location close to where I vacationed as a child and this cottage was perfect - close to the beach and the host provided kayaks for us to use. The property was well maintained and the home was clean and comfy. They provided everything you would need as if it were your own home. They provided thick and soft bath towels, shampoo and conditioners etc. This was a wonderful VRBO experience - highly recommended James and Michele

My family (wife and 3 kids under 6) had a great stay. The house and area was perfect for us.

The home was cozy, bright and inviting. We had a great time walking to the beach and watching the sunrise with our toddler. House was great for a family with young children, Rob really thought of everything! Highly recommended.

My family had the best time staying at this property. The beach house was beautiful and clean. Had everything we needed from towels to beach toys to dishes - you name it. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We took out the kayaks and had an amazing time kayaking the sound, playing cornhole, had a fire in the backyard, went to the beach -basically did all the summer essentials this property has to offer. The beds were super comfortable. There is so much to do nearby. The host was fantastic. We literally felt like we were right at home- so comfortable. 10/10 for us! We are already talking about booking again!

Very happy with our visit. Great location, walking distance to the beach. Nice neighborhood. House was immaculate. Host provided everything - linens, fully loaded kitchen, soaps, shampoos, ,beach wagon, chairs, toys etc. for guests enjoyment. Just need to watch head in the slightly narrow staircase. Communication with host (Rob) was great - responded immediately. Wish we had more time - thank you for a lovely stay!!

We enjoyed our long weekend away with our family of four and our fur baby. The place was spotless the manager was great with communication and the location was PERFECT. We will definitely be going back.

It was such a relief to walk into this clean, cozy home after traveling for a few days. We enjoyed playing yard games, breakfast on the deck, the fire pit in the evening, biking around the block, and walks or drives down to the beach. The streets are narrow but it’s a beach community and everyone drives slowly and expects walkers and bikers. Very friendly and safe area. The kitchen was well stocked and it was so nice to have sharp knives, good utensils, and plenty of bowls and platters for serving food. The kids are already asking to go back to this house on our next visit to CT. Downtown Niantic is lovely and we enjoyed stopping there for pizza, bagels, pastries, icecream, and fried seafood throughout our trip.

Perfect place for us during USCGA graduation it was close to the academy and the events during the week. It was a bit too chilly to enjoy the beach/water, but great place to stay.

Very clean, cute seaside decor. Love the window shades through out. Well stock with essentials. Welcoming feeling . Coffee tea bottled water and condiments made it nice so we did not have an early morning race to store. Barbque and nice patio deck. Peaceful and quiet enjoyable. Close to the beach. Owner very considerate and helpful to ensure our stay was perfect.

This was the perfect house for us! Short drive from the Coast Guard Academy, beach within walking distance, super cute and clean! It includes outdoor furniture for a relaxing evening, fire pit, 4 bicycles to use, beach chairs, wagon & other gear for a day at the beach and even kayaks to use! What more could you want?!?

Just returned from a great week in Niantic sightseeing and visiting family. Our choice of rental home was perfect. Location, lots to do in this area and a great house to spend time visiting. Highly recommend and thank you Bob for making our stay memorable.

The moment we drove up we knew we made the right choice. Such a nice home and neighborhood. Had everything we needed to feel at home, from bedding to beach. We wanted a quiet relaxing time and that is exactly what we got. All day at the beach and then quality time at the home. Bob was extremely hospitable and welcoming. Was always reachable and available if we needed anything, which we didn't because the home has everything you need. Thank you Bob. We look forward to coming back next year.

Nice place . Creaky steps and one bathroom.

Comfortable but one bathroom for four seniors took some getting used to. House is kitted out with all the beach accessories one might need. Property owner was very responsive when we had trouble adjusting the air conditioning. He called a maintenance person and our problem was quickly rectified.

What a wonderful beach vacation we had with the whole family! The house provided enough space for me, my boyfriend, my kids, my mother, and my brother to fit comfortably. The house came with so many amenities that no one was ever bored! Giants Neck beach was beautiful and everyone in the neighborhood was so friendly and nice! Plus Niantic is perfect for a quaint little get away. We will be back and I will definitely recommend!! Bob was an excellent host and the house was perfection.

Incredibly well-equipped kitchen (huge plus for me) and clean and comfortable rooms made our stay super enjoyable. We spent lots of time on the deck and enjoyed the breeze and the sounds of birds and nothing else. What a perfect place to vacation.

I booked this house for my mother and father who are in their 70's, as soon as my mother got there she sent a video of how beautiful and clean this house was, she was raving about the neighborhood, she felt like she was in a gated community !! My mother was especially excited that the house was an easy walk to the beach. The Host had ALL supplies needed for their stay from salt and pepper to paper towels and napkins, pots and pans, sheets + blankets along with extra pillows. She even sent me pictures of the blender!! Bob also gave a welcoming packet of all the local restaurants and places to go that one must see during their visit!! Highly recommended, 5 stars doesn't give the Host and his house justice. Thank you for taking care and making it so easy for my parents Bob!! We will be back again!

The house was recently renovated spacious, and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for a stress free stay. The location is A+. The private beach that's walking distance was amazing. Bob was an excellent host, answering any questions and going above and beyond (the beach umbrella was a godsend!!). I would highly recommend this place!

By far one of the best properties we’ve rented. It was extremely clean, well stocked & a great location (close to beach and a nice neighborhood). The owners were available, kind & accommodating without overstepping on our privacy. Also found that the price was very reasonable compared to others in the area. Excellent property!

My sister and kids stayed in this cute beach house for a few days. It had everything we could have asked for. The beach is only a short walk away. If we didn’t feel like walking there is free parking lot for residents, with a parking pass included. The owner was super easy to work with gave us recommendations for places to eat and things to do in area. House came with 3 kayaks, 2 bikes, beach chairs, cooler, wagon. Everything we could possible need. We will definitely be back. 😀
