Being less than a five minute walk from the beach was awesome! No traffic, no parking woes. Great restaurants within walking distance. Guppies was our favourite. Be sure to check out Kookies Coconut Ice Cream-a 10 minute walk away. Their oat milk ice cream was heavenly. It was wonderful to have all the beach supplies including beach chairs and an umbrella. The condo felt like home and the partial view of the beach was a bonus. It had everything you need and was clean and modern. Our teenager loved the huge TV. It was a first class experience. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

This place was spotless and decorated in the cutest costal decor. We loved the layout with the large sectional couch. Access to the ocean was easy and so close. Great to be able to walk to bars and restaurants too.

Very clean, updated, beautiful condo with a rather short stroll to the beach. You can tell the owners take great pride and have their guests in mind. This condo was stocked with everything you could possibly need and was wonderfully presented! It was very clean, newly remodeled, comfy and inviting. The owners were very responsive to any inquiry we had. One note is it was advertised as having a hot tub on premises, however there is not.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO rental! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun, sand, and surf effortlessly. The small pool was a delightful addition, providing a refreshing dip after a day of beach activities. We stayed a week and loved the property.

We loved this property! It is very well designed and everything feels new and great quality! Beds were comfy, soft sheets, new appliances, HUGE sectional sofa, big tv, great bathrooms. It did not feel like a DIY or quick flip remodel, everything was very professionally done in this place. We had the pool to ourselves the 2 times we went and it is just steps from the most beautiful beach. The condo was spotless and smelled amazing when we walked in. This is the first vacation home we want to come back to!

This condo is newly renovated, clean and well stocked with daily necessities as well as many extras. We never had to leave the condo except for a few food items. The owners are quick to respond to any issues and really aim to make the stay as easy and comfortable as possible. I have vacationed in many codos over the years and highly recommend this one. It's perfect for a couple with a few children.

We came from a week-long competition in Orlando, and were looking for a few days to rest and relax after that wrapped up - this was a perfect place to do just that. The condo is immaculate and updated and comfortable! We loved being able to bounce over to Clearwater beach or just walk steps out the door to the relax on the beach right where we were. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved the place. Clean and updated. Kitchen nicely stocked and rooms were comfy and nice Beds and linens. AC works well so it was nice and cool. Balcony has some beach view but walk to the beach literally 1-2 minutes. Large couch and table great for games and lounging. We will come back for sure! Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed a full week here. It was great because we could bring our dogs. The place was clean and roomy. Also, the area is not tourist heavy, so we enjoyed the beach without a huge crowd. **note to dog owners- the closest dog friendly beach is north about 20 minutes

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The condo was spotless upon arrival and is beautifully decorated. The luxurious touches were definitely noticed and appreciated! Jon was so great to work with and made himself available should we have any issues. The location is absolutely perfect- just a few steps away to the beach. Our kids also enjoyed the pool. Although small, we never had to share the pool with more than 1 or 2 other people and often had it all to ourselves. There are restaurants and an ice cream shop within walking distance. This was our first visit to Indian Rocks beach and really enjoyed the laid-back atmosphere compared to some of the other busier vacation spots we’ve visited. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to others!

We enjoyed our stay at Beachside Dreams so much! The condo was amazing and had everything you could need or want for a perfect beach vacation. Kitchen is gorgeous and has everything; no need to bring anything with you. Bathrooms were spacious and beautifully decorated in beach accents. The entire condo was beautiful. There is another condo building that blocks most of the beach view from the back sliding door, but it was still very peaceful to sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee in the mornings. We stayed over Memorial Day week, and as some of the other reviews have mentioned, the street noise got loud at night. The bar across the street is noisy, but the cars popping their mufflers were a little louder. We brought a white noise machine, and it drowned out most of it. The king size bed in the master bedroom made up for it. It was such a comfortable bed. The short distance to the beach was wonderful, and we were able to come and go throughout the day without having to pack everything up each time. We loved the pool too. Very nice! All the great restaurants, surf shops, ice cream, and little grocery stores are within walking distance. We brought out bikes and loved riding up and down Gulf Blvd. too. This was such a wonderful place to stay! We'll be back!

Great place. As you read in some of the reviews, Hurricane Eddie’s across the street can be loud at night - but we expected it and it didn’t bother us a bit. Overall a fantastic combination of everything we were looking for and they did a tremendous job with the updated interior.

Nice beach

This gorgeous beach condo was beautifully furnished with everything you need. Towels, linens, beach chairs, and beach toys for the kids. Jon was a wonderful host and was available if there was anything we needed. Also add that there was excellent breakfast and ice cream (which we loved) right across the street. Our family loved it and we will definitely stay again.

We spent a long weekend in IRB and enjoyed every minute. Jon and his wife were very accommodating and quick to respond when we arrived earlier than we thought. The house was extremely clean, updated beautifully, and had everything you would need. It was a nice short walk to the beach. There were plenty of bars/restaurants within walking distance. Overall a great place to stay and would recommend to anyone-family trip, romantic getaway, small bach party- and would definitely consider staying there again.

This was the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in! Every appliance looks new and the whole place seems newly updated. Jon was responsive with easy check in. It was our first stay in Indian Rocks Beach and we hope to be back soon! The beach is beautiful with an easy boardwalk entry. The Gulf was visible from the balcony on either side of the building in front of it. There are comfortable chairs on the balcony for our morning coffee. The condo unit is placed behind a building, so the view is not directly on the water, but close enough for us. The ground floor is parking with 2 spaces provided- which is really nice. The unit is one floor up. We were recommended some nice places to eat that did not disappoint: PJ's oyster bar and VIP Mexican were 2 favorites. Directly across the street is an ice cream place and a deli. As others mentioned there is a noisy bar across the street, but a white noise machine that was provided worked to cancel any noise. Wish I was still there!:)

This property is gorgeous! The location in bustling but quaint little Indian Rocks Beach couldn’t be better. Two beautiful peek-a-boo ocean views from the balcony, easy walk to the white powdery beach, and a heated never busy pool made for a wonderful family vacation. This condo has everything you’ll need and more. Side note: the sectional couch is HUGE! Thank you for a memorable week!! We loved every second.

This wonderful condo looks and feels new, with high quality appliances, furniture and decor throughout. Very well-equipped in all respects. LOTS of beach towels, chairs and toys. Walking distance from parks, bars, restaurants and a variety of other businesses. Practically on the beach, which is wide and clean and flat with nice soft sand and very clear water. Wasn't crowded even during spring break week. It's one of the nicest rentals we've had in 30 years of using VRBO, and probably the best location for sheer convenience and walkability.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was very clean (much appreciated), nicely decorated and all new appliances, easy to use. A great location. The best part is that It is steps to the beach. The storage closet in the pool area is nicely equipped w beach chairs (+ other items). The kitchen is well stocked w spices and kitchen supplies. There was some noise from the bar across the street (mentioned in another review). Jon was easily contacted (very responsive - thank you!) and gave us great restaurant recommendations: Guppy’s and Keegan’s Seafood Grille - both a very easy walk from the unit. Nearby is a lovely Nature Preserve on Gulf Blvd between 9th and 10th Streets with a 0.5 ml flat boardwalk. And the Florida Botanical Gardens (free) is a 10 minute drive away, in Largo. A wonderful place to walk around.

Girls trip! Enjoyed the wonderfully newly furnished condo! Everything high end and new. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. Couldn’t ask for more! Only con was very noisy late night bar across street but with white noise machine it was manageable. Lots of restaurants in walking distance! Enjoyed taking trolley to explore a little further (we had a car but still enjoyed not driving and taking trolley a few times) Very responsive hosts; don’t hesitate to book!

This is a beautiful unit, in an amazing location.

We had a wonderful week and in this condo. So clean ( which is important ) fully supplied with towels, beach towels, soaps, paper towels, etc etc. The owners are so easy to contact and we’re so helpful to us in many ways. It’s close to some of our favorite restaurants, within walking distance. The ONLY problem is the bar across the street but owners are aware and are working on options to resolve any night time noise. I’m a light sleeper but husband had no issues. A sound machine would fix the issue. We would go back. So so close to the beach. 5 stars.

Great location, property & setup.

This is an absolutely gorgeous property! Totally renovated with beautiful design details and everything you could need is provided! You are just steps from the beautiful beach and you even have a view of the ocean from the back balcony. The town of Indian Rocks is a really quaint town and there are so many great restaurants within a couple minutes walking distance from this unit. This is truly a luxurious condo and we would definitely stay again if we were in the area. This is a nice quiet beach town but if you want more action, you can just drive a short 10 minutes up to Clearwater Beach. I highly recommend this property for a comfortable, quiet and relaxing stay.

My husband & I enjoyed our stay at the beach condo. We loved the short walk to the beach and the swim later in the evening! The condo was lovely and comfortable. Good value for the cost. We will certainly use this condo again when we are in the area.

This condo has everything you could imagine and is just steps from the beach. The owners were easy to reach and so very helpful. They have thought of every amenity a guest could desire. The condo is beautiful and they said it’s being completely renovated this fall! I highly recommend it. The pool is heated, there are beach chairs and umbrellas and toys. Nearby restaurants are walking distance and it includes two cars parking! The beds were so comfortable we asked what brand to buy for our home! We will be back! Thank you Jen and Jon
