This was a special weekend staying at this beautiful Westhampton Beach home. Thank you to Amy for being a collaborative and very welcoming owner. This house had the classic charm of a Westhampton Beach home of the past with all the modern amenities and comforts we all desire in today's world. The location is so close to town and the beach which allowed us to quickly enjoy both. The neighborhood was peaceful and very private. The grounds were spectacular, amazing pool, lots of yard games, great outdoor shower and a great gym. The home is beautifully decorated and furnished and had a wonderful historical charm to it. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms all very modern. There was plenty of parking and plenty of space for all of our family to celebrate my mother's 80th birthday. We are so grateful to Amy for allowing us to rent her home and make this very special memory for my mother and the rest of my family. We hope we have the chance to vacation here in the future.

The place was perfect for us all. Lots of rooms. Played and swam. Loved going around the house that has the old Hampton style yet all the amenities and organization one would need. Amy was so supportive in all our questions and great in communication. We all can’t thank her enough for creating a place that was so special.

Absolutely amazing stay all around. The house it stunning and pictures don’t do the yard justice, it’s HIGE! Amy the property manager goes above and beyond. Super close to shops downtown and the beach. The pool was amazing. Highly recommend!

This old house with all of its quirky staircases and 7 bedrooms with all of its wonderful accommodations including a Gunite pool offered our family os 15 people a fun filled week. Town with all of its shops In a few minutes walk provided additional entertainment. The grounds are beautiful!Couldn’t ask for anything more!

This home and Westhampton Beach exceeded all our expectations. The location of the house was excellent, an oasis of green space and peace and quiet. The yard was large and private with lots of space for our large group of 15 to sit, sun and play. It was a very short walk to town and a short drive to the ocean. You could walk to the ocean as well if in shape!! The house offered many spots for all to gather and also to be alone to read or work. The bedrooms and baths worked out well, and the beds and bedding were very comfortable! There was everything you needed and more, very well equipped kitchen and a shed full of beach chairs, bikes, games, umbrella for beach. The owner could not have been more responsive, pleasant and accommodating. We have rented often with VRBO and this was truly an exceptional experience!!! No one wanted to leave!

I just checked out about 5 hours ago and wanted to review right away! Amy is a great host with an amazing home located walking distance from downtown and a mile from the closest beach. The Host: Amy has been great to communicate with from booking to departing. I only needed to touch base with her midstay about once or twice and was always quick to respond. The House: Very large house for our family reunion of 8 adults and 6 children. It has plenty of bathrooms, a large loft for the kids with 4 beds and plenty of bedrooms. It seems to be an antique house with renovations which had a very charming and unique feel compared to new constructions. The pool is beautiful and was used almost every day. The Location: I can't think of a better spot to be in Westhampton. Downtown is just a few blocks away but it's also not in a busy area with all the traffic. Groceries are even walking distance away. The private beach is about 1 mile away and pricey for a one week stay but there are public (inexpensive) beaches 10 and 15 mins away with amenities which we frequented. Thank you Amy for our unforgettable 2023 family reunion!

The property was beautiful inside and out. It had everything from a gorgeous pool, to beautiful grounds, a screened in porch and plenty of refrigerator space. So many items provided from sunscreen, to extra toilet paper and paper towels. The interior was neat and clean with comfy bedding and plenty of towels. We will return to enjoy this beautiful home that is close to town and the beach. You won’t be disappointed.
