This home was perfect for my entire family. There were 24 of us ranging from 2-62 years old. Even though there were 24 of us, the house never felt crowded. The furniture was well appointed and the property well maintained. The beds were all very comfortable. It was awesome having 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, and 2 sets of washers and dryers. Almost every room (with the exception of one) had its own bathroom. We used the deck throughout the entire day, as well as the evenings. The indoor pool and hot tub (outdoor)were a bonus, as the community outdoor pool was right outside as well. Communication with Ben was easy and he responded quickly to our needs. I will be recommending this property to all our family and friends!!

Very roomy , clean home. Had everything we needed for a fun family get together. Loved the large back porch. The kids loved the swimming pools. Plenty of parking.

Spacious house with plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms. Accommodated my family of 20. Enjoyed the pool and pickleball areas. Convenient to surrounding attractions.

We really enjoyed the home. Our favorite part was the amazing deck. We spent most of our time out there. The kitchen was spacious, and having two refrigerators was very handy. I recommended this home to my daughter for her family and friends. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house for a large family. Lots to do and close to grocery stores. Loved the 2 refrigerators, 2 washer and dryers and 2 dish washers.

House is amazing. It was just me and my husband so of course the house was way to big for just us 2 but we wanted something that if we decided we just wanted to stay in and go nowhere that we had choices on what we could do all day. Pool was awesome and the hot tub of course. Host Brian made sure I knew if I needed anything that I could contact him immediately. Will definitely be back with the kids and grandkids.

We came to this location due to the indoor pool. And the location. As soon as we arrived we felt right at home. The house was large enough to house my family and have a lot of family time. Our plan was to just relax and we did. We did go into town a couple times but honestly we just did it because we were in Branson. There was no need to leave except for groceries. All common areas were clean and roomy. All beds were comfortable. We used the playground, hiked to the lake and enjoyed the location. We would not hesitate to come back and probably will! Wendy PS. Stop in at Area 71 and Tea house Paris. Both great stops!

The area is nice. The home is huge with three levels.
The pool room is nice. It was a bit cool for our liking here in the winter but overall it was great.
The game area was nice and a lot of fun on a cold rainy night.
The deck is amazing and the entire place has enough room for people to move about and not be on top of each other.

Property was amazing and had everything needed to ensure our family of 7 had a trup of a lifetime. Host was great as well! Hope to come back one day soon

This is a great place for extended family to stay together. Very nice, larger common areas yet room to have alone time. The pool and hot tub are well maintained along with very comfortable outdoor space.

The property was super nice and roomy for our whole family. The only thing was it was a bit dirty in some areas. A toilet still had poop on the handle and there seemed to be animal hair in the corner of a bathroom. Other than the hulu password not working we loved our stay. Thank you!

This is a fantastic property for a large-group gathering. It is remarkably well-equipped and offers a lot of versatility with sleeping arrangements. We had small children with us and were able to let them sleep on the upper level of the house while the rest of us played games and visited on the 1st and 2nd levels. It was nice not to have to worry about waking the kids! The location is super convenient while still being out of the traffic areas. The property manager was very kind, communicative, and accommodating. We had a wonderful visit and would highly recommend this property.
