Beautiful place to stay, close to the strip and entertainment. The MGM lazy river was closed my entired stay but other than that I enjoyed staying at The Signature!!

Outstanding room, outstanding place to stay. Clean and well stocked with towels, dishes. I will ask for this room at the next convention I attend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The MGM Signature. Our host was extremely attentive and check in/out was a breeze. We loved the luxury of space that a hotel room does not provide ( 2 baths, small fully functional kitchen, living area) and the decor is lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable & we took advantage of a great fitness center in the lobby. We rented a car & valet parking was free and we completely appreciated the location just off the strip. The hotel was calm and quiet, even leading up to Super Bowl weekend. We would love to book this property again in the future!! Thank you .

BEST PRICE FOR A HIGH-END QUALITY CONDO. The communication with the owner was excellent. Check-in & check-out super easy. Condo is very large, balcony view of mountains, high-end furnishings & kitchen, very clean, bed is very comfortable. Plenty of towels for 2 ppl for a 4-night stay plus shampoo, bath gel, etc. Master bath is huge with soaker tub & large shower, toilet in own space with door. 2nd bath has shower & is good sized. Bedroom is huge, lots of closet space with hangers. Safe for valuables in another closet. Glasses, cups, plates & flatware for 4 ppl. Pots & pans, blender & carafe coffee pot. Floor was super quiet, elevators were fast. There is a deli/cafe & lounge on the main floor of Tower 1 off the lobby of the location of this condo. Walkway is off lobby to MGM Grand & monorail. We used rideshares, approx. 10 min to Vegas strip, longest wait was 15 min. Safe neighborhood, these MGM Condo Towers are gated & manned 24/7. Front desk is manned 24/7 & very helpful. The price for this condo is excellent, we compared it with other condos at the MGM Signature, best price for excellent quality. We're senior citizens & didn't want a noisy unit this was perfect. We were here 12/22 thru 12/25, many families in Tower 1 but none on our floor. We absolutely will stay in this condo again, one of our best VRBO stays & we use VRBO frequently.

Accommodations were on point. Close to the strip, clean, easy to navigate around.

The condo had fantastic view from balcony, was in great location, nice amenities, pools etc. there was a smell in unit, so housekeeping came to freshen the sink disposal. The unit only had a few drinking glasses and 2 forks so I called management. But housekeeping came with more bowls and plates which I didn’t need but didnt bring any forks or glasses. Also no furniture on balcony, I guess it is a condo rule or something

We had an amazing stay at this property. The location is great and it is not too far from the strip. I enjoyed having the amenities of a hotel while the comfort and space of a condo. We did have some issues with one of the toilets, but since there was two it was fine. The instructions were clear and the property manager was helpful.

I travel to Vegas twice a year for business and I’ve stayed at a lot of different places in the past. This one hands-down is one of my favorites. I was very impressed. Definitely keep in this information on file for when I go back in six months.

We stayed there in April, and the room was just as it is in the pictures. Very clean, great location, and super spacious. Loved that there were two bathrooms. Owner was very responsive with great communication.

Very easy

Private and quiet, Minutes walk to the monorail. Priced similar to most hotels, the conveniences this place adds, far outweighs them like two bathrooms and a full kitchen as well as an actual bedroom and balcony. If you are staying at the MGM property or nearby, this would be the best way to go. Owner is very interested in making your stay as good as can be. Will definitely do it again.

The unit was clean and conveniently located to the strip. We were excited to hear that it was going to be a non-smoking building, but the entire time we were there our hallway had the worst pot smell ever. The unit could also use a few kitchen utensils, but other than that our visit was pleasant.

This property was absolutely beautiful and well stocked with linens and all kitchen necessities. Property is in a great location for the stay. Restaurants in the MGM property were numerous and all very good. Security was excellent. Check in and check our was a breeze. I would HIGHLY recommend this property.

Clean, lots of room. The bed and line.s were sooo comfortable. Breakfast at Delights downstairs was very good. Only complaint is no real coffee pot. Pods with Folgers Only.

Nate was always immediately available for even the most simple question. Condo was perfect.
