3 bedrooms close to town centre. Fully equipped flat for family, home from home.

Located on steep hiill and then accessed by 34 steps. Also struggled to park close to property.

This was an ideal place for our stay over Christmas. It was spacious and extremely cosy - no draughts even when the wind was blowing a gale. So many similar holiday lets in Kingsbridge have only two bedrooms so it was great to have three - all with double beds - each of us had our own bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped with both a washing machine and dishwasher (many lets have one or the other). The garden was really well laid out, tidy, secluded and surprisingly large. Another bonus was the parking space. Would definitely want to come back in the summer to make more use of those lovely indoor and outdoor space.

Just a few suggestions and comments. None of these issues spoiled our stay: The hilly location and steep steps up to the front door made heavy luggage and shopping carrying a bit difficult for me. Luckily I had help from my two adult sons. I am a pretty fit early 65 year old. Could you suggest to guests in advance about adapting their packing to avoid the need to carry large heavy suitcases up the steps? A lot of the power points were already in use in the rooms,so it made plugging in laptops and phone chargers a bit difficult. Could you have some of the flat's equipment running off shared adaptors to free up more power points for guests? The bedside lights in the largest bedroom could not be angled to make it easy to read books. The view of the hills from the living room was great but a lot of the house windows across the street overlooked the living room as well. For some extra privacy, could you consider providing adjustable slatted blinds as well as the curtains? For someone wanting a charactor cottage type of accommodation this would not be ideal, but it has a great blend of style and functionality.
