The location on the beach obviously

Massively overpriced for the amenities. Also the prices they have on booking.com are massively inflated to their usual price in their website. No TV in rooms.. no coffee or kettle to make drinks in room. Plumbing needs fixing as bathroom was flooding. They said they were aware of this which actually makes it worse as they are aware yet have not fixed it. There was nothing written in the description that the place is still undergoing construction. Instead there was a letter in each room once checked in explaining this. Staff were polite and the location is great. But the prices are not correct for the standard of the rooms and with no in room facilities. Literally a bed and a bathroom Also the WiFi signal didn't reach the rooms we stayed in.. so WiFi was not included unless sat in the bar area.

There is no cellular network or wifi connection in the room Room rate is pricey considering the room space is so small with basic appliance / furniture inside the room not being available
