The distance of the surrounding area but after I learned how to get around it was OK.

Easy and quick communication with host. Location very convenient to beaches, restaurants, and right on main road. Yet, once inside property, it feels like you are in your own paradise. Quiet, peaceful, and Phenomenal view. Apartment was clean, great space for family of 3-4 (2adult-2children). Restaurant to order food until 10pm, clean sparkly pool, and ocean to swim or just watch sunrise/sunset on deck; while you view kite surfers right in the "backyard" of this cozy apartment condo. I Loved the property great for the price also has great accomodations if you wanted to cook. I will definitely book again. Thank you for the manual book of instructions it came in handy.😉

The shower drain clogged and so the shower overflowed with water my first time showering. When I went to empty the shower filter, as it was instructed in the house manual; it was overloaded with hair. A small inconvenience that was easily managed with a mop, drying up the rug with the with the sunset, and removing filter from shower. A bit gross to clean without gloves....But it wasn't anything that would stop me from book again. It's the small thing about Dominican Republic that makes it Dominican Republic... Lol... I love it!!!

The apartment was incredibly clean and well equipped. The perfect middle point between Sosúa’s beautiful beaches and Cabarete night life. Mark was a great host, would definitely book again! :)
