The bath and rain shower is a must in this property and great boutique styling.

Every care had been taken to set up the place comfortably & with everything needed. Outstanding attention to detail - down to candles in the bathroom. The enormous bathtub was gorgeous. Plenty of food for breakfast. The host responded super promptly to my one query & catered to my dietary request easily & positively. Quality towels & bedding & super comfy bed. Fabulous! I’d definitely return if I’m back in Rosebud.

The location was on a busy road during the day, however was OK at night. Breakfasts were supplied, cereal, toast, jams and fruit with juices in your fridge.

Busy Road and you need to be able to do stairs with you luggage up to the studio - 16 steeps.

This property was an unexpected surprise. I was greeted with beautiful music playing in the room, the fridge was fully stocked and everything was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was stunning and the huge shower rose was amazing…the best shower I have ever had.

This place absolutely exceeded our expectations. Not only was the place fresh, clean and comfortable, there were so many little details you wouldn’t find in another place. They had bath robes and slippers, a great coffee machine, heaps of options for breakfast such as eggs/toast/condiments and fruit. The bath/shower was beautiful as well. Location is amazing and it super close to everything. I cannot recommend this place more. We will definitely be back whenever we’re coming down to the beach.

The only down side was the steep stairs, hard on the legs for older visitors and those of us with arthritis.

All facilities were new and fresh. There were amazing additions to the room such as food, robes and slippers. Room was highly clean and spacious! Bath and shower were amazing!

The host was very organized and thoughtful in the studio presentation. It was exceptionally clean and tidy when we arrived and the studio had a nice amount of privacy. A few fresh groceries were provided in the fridge and there was great attention to detail. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

This place was exactly as depicted in the advertising. Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The bathroom was lovely with a huge bath. Well appointed kitchenette with breakfast options supplied and a coffee machine for 'real' coffee. Comfortable bed, the apartment was cosy yet not cramped, and excellent wifi. On arrival there was welcoming music playing softly and and everything looked exquisite. Communication with Penny, the owner (by txt) was excellent. Lots of stairs, which is clear in the photos- so go easy on the luggage! Highly recommend this property.

Not being local and not knowing the location, the surrounding area didn't look very welcoming as we approached, with run down properties, however rest assured the actual accommodation property is faultless- neat, tidy and welcoming.

Impeccably clean. Quiet, except for car noises from the street (just the whoosh of driving, didn’t bother us). Diverse breakfast options. Well stocked little kitchenette. Lovely bathroom with massive bath.

If the whoosh of cars passing on a busy road bothers you, this place may not be for you. But we didn’t mind. We didn’t experience cars honking or anything.

The room was extremely clean and the space was very calming. Top quality linen, appliances, toiletries and furnishings. This room exceeded my expectations. The owners were extremely organised and went above and beyond by providing lovely vegan and vegetarian snacks after I’d mentioned that I was vegetarian and left a nice gift upon arrival. All amenities and kitchen appliances are available for use, including coffee machine, iron, ironing board, rice cooker(!!), hair dryer etc.. I recommend this room for couples and solo travelers who are looking for a quiet escape.

Was a little noisy being by the main road. Nothing that white noise can’t drown out though.

Great room, comfy beds with many pillows. Loved the hot tub and shower with large showerhead! Well though-out space in general. Small but very well-equipped kitchenette with little fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, rice cooker, egg steamer, and *Breville espresso machine with steam wand*. There was even a very compact clothes rack, useful to dry out swimsuits after going to the hot springs! Will definitely try to book again next time we go to the peninsula.

As with all reviews, lots of attention to detail for the room. Bottles of sparkling water, Sheridan towels, robes, covers etc... Nice eco friendly toiletries, plates, cutlery, bar fridge. Reverse cycle Mitsubishi A/C. Super cosy place to stay and Penny the host couldn't be nicer. Will definitely be back for a longer stay in next few mths.
