Distance to Sedona proper was really very convenient.

The size, ambiance, everything was great.

Very nice and clean. The communication with vacasa was easy and they were very helpful with my check in. The neighborhood very quite and beautiful. I really recommend this place. Thank you vacasa for everything.

Everything was perfect! The house is beautiful, in a great location and very clean. The only issue we had was we no wifi the whole time we were there.

The house was perfect and had wonderful amenities. It also had a great view from the backyard and at the front of the house. The one part of the house, which is the reason my review is not five stars, that drew complaints for our stay was the kitchen faucet. It was endlessly running and leaking throughout the entire time we stayed there and had a high pitch whine whenever we would turn it out or off. We contacted the management company and nothing was done during our stay.

Step out the front door and you can walk to a trail! The house has three bedrooms and is really big. We didn't even use the front room. One bedroom is accessed through the garage. (You don't leave the house; you just walk through the garage.) Don't let that put you off. It's a nice bedroom with its own bath and privacy. Like all VRBO houses, the knives in the kitchen are... modest. And don't bring coffee filters. You'll have to buy coffee but there are like 400 filters. Seriously. The only real problem is that the coyotes singing in the distance woke us up at night! (Coyotes! How cool.) On a cloudless night, you can step out the front door and see so many stars but I could never find the switch for the garage lights which disrupt the view so better to go to the back yard, I guess. (But maybe they can label that switch?) The main TV is massive. A little tricky to figure out how to make it all work (sound bar and so forth) but we got it. The kitchen faucet leaks so you have to set it just so. We called in about that. They know. Given drought conditions I hope the owners fix it. Must cost them a fortune in water bills. But maybe it will be done by the time you get there. Fun house. Enjoy! We did.

Multiple electrical problems. Very rude rep at service number which was in Salem Or. Shower door shattered and cut my husband in multiple places and since it was thanksgiving day the rep in Sedona said he couldn’t help us because he was having dinner with his family. Can’t believe one of your properties didn’t have shatter proof glass in shower. It was so old the metal attachments were corroded. We have stayed in Vrbo properties multiple times and have never had so many issues. I sent a list to Vacasa and ask for compensation for my husband’s injury and the multiple electrical problems. This property is all about location! No matter what direction you look, you are surrounded by breathtaking views! There are plenty of hiking trailheads well within walking distance of the property. The property itself is run down and in need of some major TLC! A lot of routine maintenance and attention to detail items were neglected; burnt out lightbulbs, battery-operated light switches with dead batteries, making sure the WiFi was working before guest arrival, cobwebs EVERYWHERE inside and out……..The gas fireplace is not for guests so not sure why it’s listed as a perk. It all depends on what is important to you. The property is nothing to write home about, but the location of the property is. Note to the property managers- don’t schedule landscaping during guest stays. There is a lot to do and they are there for a long time; over half the day. It renders the exterior of the home, part of your listed perks, off limits while they work. Not a positive experience for a VACATION rental.

Loved it

Our trip to Sedona was centered around visiting all the vortices. I looked for a few weeks to find a location in which to stay. I kept being brought back to this house. I wanted 3 BR and 3 BA, and this house had it! I also wanted a comfortable living area, which this house had. The beds were comfortable, the house layout was awesome! The best part about this house was the location! Standing on the front step you could see amazing red rocks! Less than one block away, you could see Chapel rock! The energy was fantastic, because Bell Rock and Chapel are surrounding you! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we’re sad to leave!
