House was nice, clean, great location, and overall above average for a VRBO. However, listing a house as a 4 bedroom when it in fact a 3 bedroom is a gross misrepresentation of what the house is. We were 4 CEO's in town for a conference and intentionally booked a 4 bedroom house. What the owner considered the 4th bedroom had no door/no privacy, was a pull out couch, and that couch was not setup as a bed, did not have linens on it or clean linens in the house that fit the bed. We borrowed from other bedrooms and did the best we could. We called this out twice and both times ownership ignored us completely. They had a chance to make it right or at least offer an apology but opted to pretend like it did not happen.

The quality of this property is awesome! Location is great. More than ample room and loved how new everything was.

Enjoyed our stay and the convenience to the beach and pier. Easy walk to many areas. Would highly recommend it.

We had a great time and loved the place! Very spacious and clean. Great for a girls weekend. We’ll have to come back during the summer!

Initially I was hesitant booking this property due to a lack of review. I'm glad I did. Clean, close to everything, better than I expected. I think the description says 2 bathrooms but it actually has 2.5 bathrooms. I recommend.

I only had one issue it's listed as 4 bedroom and it's not, so that made our stay more difficult. We had to share beds and we didn't want to which is why we chose this place. The other thing is the bath clothes were white and dirty. Some of them were so we had to go buy some and lastly there was no detergent to wash dishes and clean behind ourself properly, so again we had to go buy cleaning stuff and no broom or mop or swiffer to help us clean. The place was nice. I do recommend they wash walls and baseboards when they clean as I did cause you will turn a nice house into a dingy, dusty dirty house. One more thing get a new sofa that one was very uncomfortable to sit on.
