The house is nice, it was beautiful. The property it’s on is a VERY steep hill(could not tell this in the pictures at all of how steep it is)Was very hard for our parents and kids to be outside other than just sitting on the deck.The dock is not in good shape, unable to fish off of it nor dock a boat. One of the tubs had dirty shoe prints in it upon arrival. The trash was overflowing out of the 2 outside trash cans and we were told to keep our trash in the house until the trash truck emptied the cans for us to refill them 4 days after we were there. The area is beautiful lake Barkley state part is amazing and really close to the house!!

Awesome weekend at the house. Clean, spacious, and up to date. Beds were comfortable. We had a blast! We are looking into other weekends to come back and rent the house again. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Great weekend getaway. The house has plenty of room. House has a charcoal grill but is not maintained by the property manager. You can get a boat in and out of the private dock, just be cautious in doing so. Overall we would stay here again.

There were spider webs all over the deck and inside of the windows, not a pretty view for looking outside. The bathtub downstairs had a ring around it. The toilet on the main floor was stopped up and there was not a plunger in any of the bathrooms. We had to go purchase one.the oven upstairs need to be adjusted, food did not cook evenly. Overall the house was nice and clean.

This property had everything we needed and more! Lovely home, lots of space, comfortable beds, and great location. Would love to return someday!

This property was as described. The layout works really well with 2 living areas, 1 up and 1 down. The bedrooms were all spacious and if you love sleeping in the dark, the bunk room is pitch black and is great for a good night's sleep. Owners were very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. Pictures were pretty accurate. Good seating for 8 adults with a couple of our chairs. Kitchen well stocked. The ice maker didn’t work. The outside could have been cleaned. Overall it was very good!

We had a great time! Probably the cleanest vrbo place we ever stayed in. Great accommodations just fish there was a bigger bed in the upstairs master bedroom. I love that the check out list was short and simple after all we all pay for service fee and cleaning fee. Freezer in the basement with all the ice cream was heaven. Definitely great place

Very clean and organized! Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and things you would need. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. Quick 5 minute drive to launch boats. Outside of property could have been wiped down, a lot of cob webs and bugs all over doors and windows. Tough hill to go down to the private dock (about a 45 degree incline). Overall HIGHLY recommend this property!

We had a great time and the house was perfect for what we needed. There was plenty of space, everything was very clean, and the house was well stocked - much better than many other rentals I've stayed at. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. Overall it was a great trip!

Loved the home, so much space throughout the house! Property was on the lake which is what we were looking for as well. Property manager was super easy to get a hold of and very responsive. Overall really enjoyed our stay.
