Nice property - location and decor. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of plush towels. Pretty kitchen with like-new appliances was oddly equipped. No full set of drinking glasses or wine glasses. No serving bowls. No crockpot. We were disappointed and surprised that there is no ski storage. The property managers were very responsive to our questions. Snaffu with entry keys initially, but quickly corrected. Parking driveway was tight, full of snow & ice and the neighbor's garage had major Ice dams that as they broke loose would have damaged our vehicle. We would stay again and recommend to others.

This property is well maintained, amply stocked, very clean and very well located. The gondola, shops, restaurants were all in a 5 to 10 minute walk. Checkout was as simple as turning off the lights. The property manager was very accessible although we had no issues just a couple questions.

This condo was perfect for two couples traveling together. Very nice common space, two big bedrooms with separate baths, and easy walking to everything in beautiful Telluride. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable and we enjoyed the quality of the unit, there were a lot of stairs and we had to be very cautious with trips up and down to the bedrooms and outside. There was some confusion with the guest manual and we had to call about the television and fireplace since the manual didn’t have the info but we enjoyed it very much. Location great

You can tell this is professionally managed. The layout is absolutely great, felt very spacious after staying in hotels the rest of our trip. The living room was super comfortable watching the Olympics. The kitchen is great. The rooms, the beds, the bathrooms, all great. The location is really easy to get everywhere with a short walk (the gondola, downtown restaurants and shopping, the market and bakery, etc). We booked late and there was very little available and this was the cheapest option so honestly had low expectations but couldn't have been more happy. It really made for a special stay in a beautiful town our family will remember forever. Highly recommend.

Staff at management office very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend and would stay there again. Note - need to climb stairs to get into the apartment and another set to get to bedrooms. .

neat & clean, well equipped, effortless & enjoyable stay. For the 1 minor issue we had (front door lock died and needed replacement,) the property manager was extraordinarily responsive and fixed the issue immediately.

Family of four had a great stay in downtown Telluride. Everything walking distance.

Furnishings were very comfortable. Out of the 4 units in the building, 3 are vacation rentals and unit #1 is a full time resident....who occupies both parking spots. So if you're not a seasoned veteran of the Telluride parking battle, do some reading up on it first. We lucked out and went on a slow weekend so thankfully no tickets or expensive MV garage daily fees. The cable on all 3 tv's was non-existent which we really didn't mind anyway since i don't go to Telluride to watch tv, but usually wind down my day in bed with some news or sports updates. I did however need the Wifi for work and the signal is so weak it couldn't even support a Facebook update. But again, it's Telluride, work will just have to wait! Could not get the fireplace to turn on, so don't know what that was about. The beds were super comfy, the steam showers, AWESOME and more than enough kitchen items to suit your needs. Still gets 4 stars even with the hiccups just on comfort factor alone.
