Had a fantastic stay. Place was clean and steps to the beach, also convenient for local dining! Beautiful sunsets on the bay. Loved the small town feel of Dewey beach. We will definitely be back.

Excellent rental. Well located in quiet neighborhood with easy and quick beach access. Several restaurants, bars and shop within walking distant. The two bedroom unit was perfect for me and my adult daughter. Beds were comfortable and no problem sleeping, plenty of storage for clothes. Another nice feature was individual A/C units in bedrooms. The kitchen is a bit cramped but is functional with all appliances working. Is well stocked with plenty of plates, bowls, glassware and silverware in addition to pots and pans. The additional living spaces, TV room and sun room, were clean with comfortable furniture. In the sun room, we enjoyed coffee in morning and refreshments in the evenings. Would not have a problem renting this unit again or recommending it to others.

My family and I had a fantastic time at this condo. It is only half a block from the beach and it has every amenity you could ask for the owner is an amazing guy and we look forward to coming back.

Great condo right near the beach! Had one minor hiccup with the fridge , but the owner fixed the problem ASAP and was very responsive

Everything was Great. Full kitchen.. coffee pot and a Keurig. Comfy beds and living room. Absolutely loved the screened in Room. Gentle breezes through the entire condo. It was so close to the Beach and bay. Definitely a do over 😊❤️

We had a wonderful time and were able to walk anywhere we wanted in Dewey. Will definitely be going back next year!

We loved the location of this property being beach block. The owner was extremely good at communicating with anything we needed. We also loved the common area with the grills and the outdoor showers were great!!!

The property was excellent for my family of 5. The location to the beach could not have been better. We walked to the beach many mornings to watch the sunrise. While spending the day at the beach, the location made it easy to carry our items needed. The outdoor showers were the best to wash the sand away. We were able to park our car and walk to great restaurants and stores. My family has not had a week vacation in over 17 years. This was perfect!!

Can’t beat the location of this cute condo. The outside porch is so nice to relax after a long day at the beach. Close to everything in Dewey beach. The outside showers are a must for a family and made for an easy transition off the beach. The street is also very quiet and not busy- plenty of parking. Great stay!

We have stayed on and off in the same place in Bethany Beach for the last 8 years and when we tried to book it they didn't have our dates. So we searched and found this property. It looked a lot like the one in Bethany so we booked it. A month or so before our stay we were informed that the place was sold and had a new owner. Well we were contacted by Bill and it was handled beautifully and he was up front about everything and everything went smoothly. We were so happy when we got there. It was close to the beach and clean and cozy. The outside of the complex is super nice and we loved the outdoor showers! It was great to be able to just walk into town or across the street to watch the sunset. We couldn't do that at the Bethany Beach house. Thank you Bill for a great vacation! Condo was perfect for a family of 4 (Children 4&1). A few steps to the beach which made it very easy to go back and forth with two small children. Also, walking distance to restaurants, bars, pretty much anything needed. Bill was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Overall it was a fabulous week and we will definitely rent here again! Loved every minute in Dewey!

This was a great little condo with amazing access to the beach. The condo has a nice screened in porch that we used every morning and night. The entire property was well kept and very tidy. This was our first family vacation with two small children and we most definitely will be back.

The location was ideal. A nice street with friendly neighbors. Derek was friendly, helpful and communicative. Check in and out were simple. The place was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again.

First time at Dewey with children (but I’ve been to this beach plenty of time for an annual mom weekend getaway). The condo was a perfect location. Within a block from the beach entrance, lugging 2 kids with beach gear, this place was perfect. We stayed a week and had plenty to do! We preferred to be away from the busy of Rehoboth and Bethany boardwalk towns but the drives to both beach towns was within 15 minutes and with parking included at the condo and a parking pass for Dewey town, we didn’t have to struggle with parking when coming back! Derek was super responsive and awesome to work with and we would definitely rent here again next year! During our stay our neighbors renting next door had children too so both our families had a lovely time. This condo was perfectly suited for our family of 4 (2 young kids ages 4 and 6). Neighbors upstairs do have a toddler so you can hear him running. We didn’t do much cooking but the place does not have a baking sheet if you plan to bake. The perks of this place: outdoor showers (which was clutch to rinse off the kids and ourselves), there is a hose at the front of the house to hose off sand too, outdoor grills and picnic tables for the condo to use, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, bay. Overall, condo was perfect for families and Dewey is amazing beach community. Anywhere you stay, the folks, whether local or out of towners are super friendly.

This was the second year we rented the condo and it did not disappoint. When we arrived the condo was very clean and ready for our week's stay. The refrigerator stopped working and Derek returned my call immediately and had a new appliance delivered the next day! We will definitely be back!

My family was so happy to return to this charming Dewey Beach condo. It is clean and comfortably appointed. Many options to gather/relax indoors, on the screened porch, or outdoors. Common areas are well-kept with thoughtful touches. We especially appreciated the adirondack sitting areas and picnic tables, two direct line grills, two spacious outdoor showers, and roomy clothes lines. This location offers an amazing mix of laid back beach vibe, access to Dewey restaurants and attractions, and peaceful evenings. We look forward to visiting again!

My daughter and her two friends stayed here for a week. They absolutely loved it since it was the perfect size for the three of them. The decorations fit the property very well and there were many amenities (but no baking sheets). Overall they enjoyed their stay and would recommend to other small groups.

Easy communication with Derek. No fuss perfect little condo for our small family. The porch and outdoor areas were especially great during evening. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming.

We were so pleased with this rental! It’s cozy, very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and the location cannot be beat. Derek was a perfect host, great with communication, and quick to reply with any questions. The queen bed was a little firm for my tastes, but my husband slept just fine on it. The two twin beds were softer, so everything worked out perfectly. I do not recommend this if your group is loud or if you have a young baby, because you can hear other residents fairly easily. But it was just me, my husband, and our 11 year old, so it was easy for us to be respectful of our neighbors, and the neighbors we did have were all great. Would definitely book this condo again, without hesitation. Thanks so much for your hospitality, Derek!

The condo community is wonderful. 4 units in the back and 4 units in the front. There is wonderful seating outside with a hammock, grills, outdoor shower and nice beachy feel. The unit has a lovely screened porch that really adds to the place.

We just had a wonderful 4 days in the condo. Everything was super clean and had everything we needed. The place was so comfortable and cozy. It had everything we needed right at our fingertips. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The people around us were friendly. We loved sitting in the out in the common area and eating out on the enclosed sun porch. Derek was super responsive and accommodating when the coffee pot gave us a fit. We loved spending the mornings out on the beach and watching all the neighbor dogs playing in the surf. The location was great. Many local places to grab some food and drinks. Dewey Beer Co is now our favorite DE Brewery. I just wish Dewey had a convenience store to grab a few things. My only complaint would be the master bed is too firm for my liking but that wouldn’t prevent me from returning. We give this a 5 star rating and can’t wait to come again!!!

Perfect location to be so close to the beach and everything else in Dewey. Because of COVID we cooked our meals in the condo. and used the gas grill every night, very convenient. We did some surf fishing so it was great to have outdoor hose and shower to clean our equipment and ourselves. The place is well kept and decorated, especially appreciated the newly redone bathroom. Derek, the owner, was thoughtful and proactive on entry and check out procedures. Overall, great place to stay!
