The location of the house cannot be beat. You’re right on the dunes and can walk down to the beach. We have 2 small kids and ability to let them play in the enclosed sand next to the patio was wonderful, and we also appreciated the safety locks on the doors.
The kitchen is great if your planning on eating in. They have all the different pots and pans you could need all in good condition. Plus a large fridge and dishwasher.
The bedrooms are a good size, there is only a TV in the master bedroom. Beds firm and comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets.
House was very clean.
The house is walking distance to a few restaurants/delis that were all really good. It’s a quick ride to get to downtown pismo or get to the 101. Again, you cannot beat the location.

We loved being able to walk right off our patio onto the sand! This was the cleanest beach we’ve ever been to. The sand was like baby powder! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Also buggy rental and shopping in walking distance and a great bbq hut on the corner. We loved our 4 nights here. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Some things could be improved but overall the pictures reflected the oceanfront property well. The property was decorated well and had a huge deck with windows to block the cold breeze. Kitchen had ample cooking utensils and dinnerware, but it would have been nice to have some cooking oil as well. Or at least this could have been clarified in the description, as we would have brought our own. The main bedroom was nice, had an ocean view, but the 2 other smaller bedrooms had no views and were very small and had not much space besides the beds. The shaggy carpets inside the bedrooms were dated as well and felt like could be possibly dirty. Furniture is a little dated and the outdoor deck windows were a little dirty. The 10am checkout is ridiculously early for people on vacation, and really should have been extended but that's an issue with Vacasa not this particular property.

We enjoyed our weekend stay. It was perfect for our family and we loved being right on the beach.

Very comfortable in this prime location. Classic California beach house, only one level, good for someone with mobility issues. We were there for a busy weekend with the Manx dune buggy club. The beach below was busy with the off road activity. Fun to watch, safe for children above the activity. The beach goes on forever. The homeowner has done a good job with an older home and has outfitted it with everything you could need for a pleasant time.

None of us slept well because the beds and mattresses are so old and very uncomfortable. The entire house furniture looks like it came from various garage sales. In addition, there were no antibacterial wipes or soap or hand sanitizer anywhere (I thought it should be mandatory during Covid). There were barely any toilet paper and no Kleenex either. Also the check out time is at 10 am! That is very unusual! Finally, there were 4 beyond dirty garbage bins and we were confused with which ones we should use. To summarize, we felt that the owners’ primary focus is to save money and not to create comfortable and enjoyable experience for guests!

Funky cute beach cottage
Great little spot. Easy access to the beach with small dunes outside the backdoor for evening fires. Comfortable and clean. The second bedroom with the queen could use a little help. Master bed very comfortable. Prepare to wash down the back windows due to the sand and wind. They provide a squeegee. Our family had a wonderful time, beautiful sunsets. Thank you

Great Vacation Rental
This place is literally on the beach. Just open the back gate and you are there. The house was clean and very functional for a family of five. We walked on the beach each day and walked all the way to the Pismo Pier several times. The communication with Turn Key was exceptional. We are definitely going to stay here again.

We can’t wait to plan another trip. Nothing negative to say other than we assumed there would be coffee provided for breakfast lol. But we will be back!

This rental was fantastic! Bedroom furniture was dated, but the beds were comfortable. Perfect cottage feel. our multi generational group had fun watching sand highway and the people getting stuck! the kids loved the sand toys and playing right there on the dunes, safely away from motorized traffic. home was clean, all electronics worked well and the kitchen was well stocked.
this is definitely added to our return place to visit. only thing that would truly make this place magical is a hot tub!!!

Fun and great location
We loved the location! I wish the check-in had been earlier but we didn’t mind being at the beach until it was time. Overall a great experience and would definitely book the same house again but probably for a longer stay! Highly recommend TurnKey, they had a quick response time and were incredibly helpful!

We arrived at the little place on the beach just as the corona virus took hold, so we began our stating in place in Oceano (there isn't a better place to be housebound!) There were six of us (four adults and two kids), and we had plenty of room. Movies. puzzles and books. Perfect!

Quarantined on the beach
We've spent spring break on Pismo beach for several years but our usual rental was unavailable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this time. The home was cozy and comfortable with great access to the beach. It was perfect!

Never again
No communication. Called, textted was hung up on twice. Didn't get proper key code till 930pm. Tried to check in at 3pm check in time. Very stressful had food sitting in car for hours. Waste of time . Very disappointed

Great Location/ Watch out for big brother
The locations was great, the house was nice, but if you want to be watched and told on by neighbors, this isn’t the place for you. We had people that came to the area ( on the public beach) for a small wedding ( on a public beach) and one of the neighbors thought we were having a party and decided to call the owner and tried to get us evicted. So we had to have an inspection done on the house to make sure we were trustworthy. Then later that night when we are trying to relax (on a public beach). One of the neighbors was out again taking photos of us I would assume, and then running and hiding away in her hut.. to cowardly .. she must have been bullied as a child. Regardless we will not be using this service again, and I would suggest others to as well.
