My son didn’t want the typical beach trip, he wanted to go to Toledo Bend with a few friends. He had stayed here a few summers ago and wanted to return. It was the perfect place for the guys to boat, tube, fish, swim and relax.

This place is amazing. Ryan was good to deal with and responded quickly to messages. This house is located near the dam and has a great view. Our family had a very good time there. The yard is big enough to play games and enjoy the outside. we caught fish and our grandson flew a kite on the dock. This was our first trip that we took our little Chihuahua Charlie with us and he enjoyed laying on the dock soaking up the sun. This place is definitely a favorite of ours and hope to return soon. There is all kinds of food places from a couple miles away to about an hour. The Cafe is about 45 minutes south of there and is well worth the drive from the house. The neighborhood is nice and the neighbors were friendly. Next time we go we are going to try to take our boat as well. The dock is not far from the house. There was plenty of parking space as well we drove a 15 passenger bus there and met our son who brought his truck and there was still parking space. The showers are easy to get in with no railing so handicap people can get in them and they have a hose attached to the shower so you can take it down to move closer to the seat if you need to sit down. The back porch area was really nice it rained the first day we were there but we still got to enjoy the outside and lake since it was covered and screened in.

Top notch property and host. Neighbors and host go the xtra mile, everybody super friendly, anything you need isn’t too much! Stock up on what you need, you don’t want to be running out to the store every day. This is the ultimate lake experience, make sure you go bass fishing, Louisiana is something else, bbq is fantastic, fried shrimp at the Catfish Hut on 63 East at Sam Rayburn is excellent. Ryan is A#1 host, house and neighborhood is top of the line!!

This place is exactly what we were looking for when we were looking to take a family vacation to the lake. The host made everything so easy from check in to check out very easy to get in touch with if need be. The place is beautiful and would definitely recommend staying here as we will probably stay here in the near future!

The location of Ryan's cabin couldn't be better, and the view is stunning! Everything was clean and looked exactly like the pictures online. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved this spot so much. It was clean, set up well with everything we needed, gorgeous view of the lake. the beds were comfortable too. We plan to come back when we can stay longer. It was just perfect for us and our young kiddos. We cooked and used the grill, enjoyed the screened in porch when a storm rolled through. The owner was super responsive. We are grateful for this weekend getaway. Can’t wait to get back!

Loved this property! Right on the lake with very large fenced in yard. So quiet (it was winter). Bed is comfortable, shower nice and hot, kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook. Fireplace is wonderful and living area so cozy. Never even turned on the tv. Can’t say enough about this place. We will definitely be back!

Had a great trip, the property was as described. Great views of the lake, really enjoyed the outside area by the gas firepit.
Note - be sure to bring all of your grocery needs, there are not many options that are close by, other than that it was a good trip.

When you think of having the perfect place to get away from it all, this is where you want to stay. Amazing views of the sunrise and sunsets.
The floating boat dock was perfect for your boat, even with the lake being down. Nice yard with lots of grass area for your pets. Looking forward to going back!

Property was very clean and in a great location right on the water. The view was great from the large porch and screened in areas. Had all of the amenities necessary for a weekend get away. My wife was already looking at future dates to return

The view from this home is amazing! Great screened-in patio, clean, welcoming home. Owner is very responsive and goes out of his way to make sure you are happy and comfortable. Thank you for sharing this little piece of heaven with us! We will definitely be back!

Wow, probably the best VRBO’s on water that I’ve ever done. The pictures really don’t do it the justice it deserves! Everything was clean, working and set up well for a guest. We stayed just three days and in retrospect a week may not have been enough! Our host, Mr. Ryan was very accommodating and helpful. Just days before out arrive we asked if we could delay for illness issue and he worked with us to reschedule to make the trip possible. The fenced in yard was seventh heaven for our dog as well. Yep, we’ll be back!

This cabin is super clean! Has a beautiful view of the lake. My husband and son loved the dock to fish off of and kayak. This cabin is very comfortable to stay in. The cabin was perfect for our quick weekend getaway! This is a repeat rental for SURE!! The owner was awesome and checked in on us to make sure everything was good.
