Adorable, spacious apartment with phenomenal downtown location. Close to the river, park, restaurants and shopping. Salida is a gem of a town. Not an issue for us, but it is located on 3rd floor and I don’t believe.there is an elevator. Stairs are quite wide and spacious.

We travel to Salida often. First time booking and will be back. So great to be downtown. Great location and quiet.

Found mice droppings inside the sofa sleeper.
We were unable to use the sleeper which left us without the additional bed we were counting on! We left a note upon check out and have not received any communication from the host!

Very much enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect and accommodations were very comfortable. Just a heads up that there are only stairs and the climb to the 3rd floor with luggage should be considered. Definitely would stay at this property again!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful converted hotel room in a historic. It was super easy to walk down to the river, and enjoy the many things to do downtown

Great place, super clean and right in the heart of historic Salida. Take a minute and reread the check in instructions (the code to the entrance took us a minute) - but that’s more an observation than a complaint.

Great loca & decore!!
White & gold, clean & well lit vibe!! We enjoyed our stay being in the heart of downtown along the River. Next door was ice cream for the eve & breakfast sandwiches in the am. Plenty of parking options. Cool AC, comfy beds and enjoyed Netflix to unwind at night. Pretty park across the street that has live music, location on main street (and still quiet at night) that was great to find plenty of places to eat!! Even my teens approved. Loved our stay, thank you!!!

Clean, well-outfitted and beautifully decorated apartment in downtown Salida with easy access to river, restaurants, galleries and shops. The perfect stop for our family to explore the area.

We enjoyed our stay! The apt is well decorated and the bed was comfortable. AC was appreciated and hard to find in Salida. The apt is at the top of three flights of stairs (no elevator), so consider when booking.
We would have liked more communication from the property management company regarding check in and our request for additional towels (we never got a response).

Very clean and comfortable. Well located in downtown Salida. Lots of nearby parking and easy walking access to restaurants and shopping.

This was an awesome location and a very cozy space. It was very clean and well updated in an historic hotel which was really cool. It’s on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so multiple bags of ski equipment and cold weather gear plus groceries was a bummer to take up and down the stairs. I would recommend this place for sure. Very quick communication from owner as well.

This was an awesome location and a very cozy space. It was very clean and well updated in an historic hotel which was really cool. This place is BY FAR my favorite in Salida! Beautifully remodeled, decorated, perfect location, etc. and the hosts were awesome! I was just there last week for work and can’t wait to stay again soon! Definitely recommend!!
