Very much enjoyed our stay! Location was perfect and accommodations were very comfortable. Just a heads up that there are only stairs and the climb to the 3rd floor with luggage should be considered. Definitely would stay at this property again!

Great place, super clean and right in the heart of historic Salida. Take a minute and reread the check in instructions (the code to the entrance took us a minute) - but that’s more an observation than a complaint. and the code to the door to

White & gold, clean & well lit vibe!! We enjoyed our stay being in the heart of downtown along the River. Next door was ice cream for the eve & breakfast sandwiches in the am. Plenty of parking options. Cool AC, comfy beds and enjoyed Netflix to unwind at night. Pretty park across the street that has live music, location on main street (and still quiet at night) that was great to find plenty of places to eat!! Even my teens approved. Loved our stay, thank you!!!

Clean, well-outfitted and beautifully decorated apartment in downtown Salida with easy access to river, restaurants, galleries and shops. The perfect stop for our family to explore the area.

We enjoyed our stay! The apt is well decorated and the bed was comfortable. AC was appreciated and hard to find in Salida. The apt is at the top of three flights of stairs (no elevator), so consider when booking. We would have liked more communication from the property management company regarding check in and our request for additional towels (we never got a response).

This was an awesome location and a very cozy space. It was very clean and well updated in an historic hotel which was really cool. It’s on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so multiple bags of ski equipment and cold weather gear plus groceries was a bummer to take up and down the stairs. I would recommend this place for sure. Very quick communication from owner as well.

Really enjoyed the stay and the location being downtown. Everything was perfect. I had seen the listing but the family hadn't and everyone was so surprised at how cute and updated the place was. Will definitely be staying there again.

This place is BY FAR my favorite in Salida! Beautifully remodeled, decorated, perfect location, etc. and the hosts were awesome! I was just there last week for work and can’t wait to stay again soon! Definitely recommend!!

An immaculate apartment with all necessary amenities. An open and comfortable space in a great location.

The condo is very clean. They have done an amazing job with the remodel. Easy to walk to restaurants, river, hiking, and shopping. The AC units are in the living room and second bedroom.

We loved The Palace Hotel and we were glad to find The Luxe Suite available. It was clean, quiet and peaceful. Our hostess Lynsi was very nice. Our only problems were with the Internet and we weren’t able to watch TV when we wanted to, however the owner was prompt in returning our call to resolve this. There were not enough washcloths or bath towels, this also was resolved by the host. We do look forward to staying with this hostess again in The Luxe Suite. Overall it was a wonderful vacation stay.

This two bedroom apartment was perfect for our family! It was very clean at check in and the unit was as advertised. The location was excellent and the host and property manager were responsive and easy to reach. Couple of things to know before you go: -no assigned parking but plenty of convenient public parking nearby - the internet is spotty, related to service in Salida is what the property manager informed us of We had a great time and you could not ask for a better location.

The owners did an absolutely stunning job remodeling and making this place the perfect little oasis in Salida. Super clean, comfortable and in a location you can't beat!

The two small downsides were that we were on the 3rd floor and there are no elevators and there is not enough parking. Elevator would help especially when arriving and leaving. The cleaning staff park in the small lot leaving guests to find other parking farther away or pay for 2 hour parking and hope you can move to the parking lot if you are there at the right time. Overall, it was a great place to stay and highly recommended.
