We very much enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet in our ground level unit. However, we realized it was so quiet because nobody was in the unit above us. On the day we left someone did enter the unit above us and you could hear every step, door slamming, flush, and any water running. So my recommendation to anyone staying here is to get in upstairs unit. It was very nice, clean, well-maintained, and stocked. We were only able to walk the beach in the afternoon when we caught the tide as it went out. Every other morning the tide was in, and you could not walk the beach because the tide comes right up to your parking lot. Very helpful host who answered promptly, any question asked.

Highly recommend! We stayed a week for my spouse's birthday and loved it. It's right on the beach with stunning sunsets and it's a well-kept property.

In a sleep deprived stupor, my wife and I decided to strike out on a modern day Cala-gon trail from Missouri with our 4 kids (5, 3 and 6 month twins). After 5 days on the road, we weren't sure what to expect. However, this place did not disappoint! It was exactly the place we were looking for with the kids. The condo was very clean with everything you need for an easy and relaxing stay. It was cozy, but had plenty of room for the six of us. The view was incredible! The part that we particularly liked was the bay, where we could let the kids play without fear of a big wave coming in. For the ocean experience, a short walk and you are past the opening of the bay and upon some small tidepools. This was the perfect place for the experience we wanted to give our kids with the beauty of the coast and plenty of easy hiking nearby! They loved watching the pelicans, harbor seals and crab fishing boats in the bay. Not to mention the sunsets were beautiful! Carol was a great host and incredibly accommodating! We would definitely rent this place again!

Right on the beach, beautiful sunsets, wildlife (we saw a bald eagle!), clamming, a wonderful way to unplug and relax. We would love to stay here in Netarts again!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and steps away from the beach. We were very comfortable there. The kitchen was easy to cook in and they even provided beach chairs. We has a great view of the bay. We had trouble working the coffee pot and Carol provided us with another the next day. she was very gracious about it. I hope to go back again.

The condo is within a quick drive of additional coastal villages, Tillamook with its creamery and restaurants, and state forests. The condo itself is comfortable, clean, and nicely decorated. We enjoyed cooking and grilling during our extended stay. The Schooner restaurant is within easy walking distance as are two markets. Carol even has crabbing and clamming implements available for use. Many thanks to Carol for the easy communication and for being so accommodating during my stay.
