I did like the location. House was roomy. Yard was perfect. Some of the windows don’t open in the living room to air out and the tv doesn’t adjust to sofa area. I do think the property needs a deep cleaning. Sofas, rugs, and carpet. I would say put more towels for showering and hot tub. I did have the next door neighbor come over ringing door bell in the middle of dinner to ask for owners or property phone number because mail has been stolen and she is trying to organize and request new location for community mail boxes. Very interesting. Check out is a little early 10am maybe 11 or 12 can help to pack.I organized house packed and was in my car by 950. Cleaners were out front parked waiting as soon as I pulled out of driveway they pulled right in behind me . Felt a lil rushed. Overall house has a good floor plan. Good parking. Easy to access freeway and grocery store, and beach.

What a lovely home! We were 15 minute from everything we wanted to explore. The house has great furnishings. The kids enjoyed the carpeting upstairs. The hot tub worked perfectly. Great stay!

The house was as pictured and in a safe neighborhood. The garage was convenient, if you have a disabled member, it was a nice flat surface to get into the home. Was a nice family vacation, and cozy lounge area to let kids/teens unwind. The tanning area was plus too. Beds were very comfortable too! The house seemed mostly clean, just a little dusty, and realized the "house rules" were different than the ones posted online. There is also only a charcoal grill, and when calling for details they claimed there was a gas grill. Beware of the glass decore. The only thing I wished there was more consistent email responses. Had to call to get information that was inaccurate. For using vrbo for the very first time, had a great stay and experience. Would book this location again.

I stayed a week in this home recovering from surgery, let’s say you get to know a place when you can’t move to much. I never once needed anything, and staring at the walls you realize just how spotless it was. So thank you to the owners for providing the necessary comfortable and quality home and supplies and thank you to the local staff at Vacasa for taking such great care of the home.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful. Having the hot tub in the backyard to enjoy was also wonderful addition to our stay. The house was very clean upon arrival. All the appliances are up to date and easy to use. The beds are very comfortable and the house was very spacious. **This house was by far the best house we have ever rented!**

Charming little cottage. Very quiet neighborhood

We loved our stay here. There were lots of areas for us to sit and read in the morning, kids enjoyed games outside and the hot tub is amazing. With just a short drive (5-8 minutes) to Grover Beach, this was the main reason we selected this home. We appreciated the option for late check-out. With a family of 5 this was perfect.

The house is lovely and nicely decorated. The yard is much nicer than it looks in the photos! Short drive to the beach, food, and attractions.
