The staff was amazing. I was exhausted and my car key was stuck in the fob and she tried for 30min to fix it AND SHE DID!!!

The floors in the room were filthy. Our feet were black after getting out the showers and walking on the floor

It was clean and the room was nice and the staff was really nice

We woke up in the middle of the night and it was a rat eating our food ! They have rats

Dirty lot Stains on Linens Sink doesn't drain

No breakfast

Hotel is slowly being renovated

Nastiest place I've ever seen

There was nothing to like in this place.

The place was dirty, my reservation was canceled by the staff and passed to a different customer by the time I arrive, for one night I paid over $170 with the fees they apply, I was told that the extra charges will be returned to my card next day and they only return $46 small part of it week later. Contract says different price on it and they charge completely different prices. The staff was extremity rude when I walked in to check in, the lady behind the counter point finger to me and told me to shush to that time when they will have time for me. When I ask for the room price they said,, every room is in the same price'' and that was a lie .There was a car with the alarm blasting every few minutes over the whole entire night and nothing was done by the staff. There was containers with the cigarettes butts by every other door outside of the rooms and trash was all over the place. Please see the pictures.

Better then I expected. The Customer service was excellent.

The shower sprinkler could use a little fixing.
