The house was very clean and roomy. Boat ramp and dock was great for our 6 days of fishing. The pool was a nice place to relax after a long day on the boat. We can’t wait to book for next snapper season. Thanks again.

The place was wonderful tranquil stay for our family. We enjoyed the dock that was a plus for our 2 boats. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, and hanging out inside and outside. Also, the beach was walking distance for us to enjoy.

Our trip from the minute we drove up to the house was amazing. The Blues Dock of the Bay was clean, the kitchen had every amenity we needed, and the view was beautiful from the living room and kitchen. We enjoyed sitting on the dock fishing, watching the sunrise and the sunset, and watching the stars at night. The outside game area added to our experience with the tv and the bar area. Having the extra fridge and freezer was a bonus. The hot tub and pool were wonderful! We kayaked and docked the rental boat. Early March was a minor challenge with low tide, but it worked.We will be back! Thank you for the memorable vacation!

Loved the house this is our 2nd time staying for month of February. Everything clean and neat. Always love the hot tube for February. Nice location. Loved watching birds on the canal. Highly recommend to anyone.

This is a great house. The windows looking out over the canal are a highlight - we loved watching the pelicans and various birds come visit. If you are into fishing, the dock is a perfect place. Quiet street a block from the bay and 3 blocks (~5 minute walk) from the beach. The kitchen is probably the most well-stocked I’ve seen from several houses. Be aware that the stairs from the outside patio area and going to the second floor bedrooms are pretty steep so if you have mobility-challenged family members it may be an issue. But overall I highly recommend this house and would not hesitate to stay again! Gulf Coast was also very helpful and responsive to my (many) questions.

We love staying at Blues Dock of the Bay. Our favorite part is the outdoor area. We stay downstairs most of the time. We fish every time and catch and cook. The beds are comfortable and its super clean. We love the staff at GCVP.

This is our second time staying at Blues Dock and are quite happy. We enjoy cooking and eating so are particularly pleased with how well stocked the kitchen is. Great views from the main floor and the downstairs bar area.

This was a Fishermans's dream house. The private dock made it easy to put in and keep the boat the water. The little storage room on the first floor off the patio was perfect to store all his gear without having to haul it upstairs. We rented a golf cart and it was an easy ride to the beach--you could walk it if you wanted too. Only down side I saw was when it was low tide, it was extremely low at the dock and the boat was almost in mud during a portion of the day...but you can't change Mother Nature! Other than that, the house and property are perfect.

We will be staying here again! The pool was nice. The house was in the best condition we have ever stayed in; everything looked new. Either the owner or previous renters had off and end things you find needing misled stay like trash bags, dish washing liquid, dishwasher pods, and aluminum foil. We brought our boat with us and while the water levels were a little tricky, that has nothing to do with the property nor management. We learned the tide schedule and made it out every day that it didn’t rain.

Very nicely appointed and clean home. Excellent location for everything the island offers. The pool out front and the large covered area below were excellent. Plenty of comfortable places to sit, a nice wooden swing, and a large table. Always a breeze downstairs. The boat dock was great and protected from string winds. Launching was easy, but you may need to use the ramp at the bridge to get a bigger boat out (I did), but very close by. A big plus being able to bring a dog without extra charges. Would stay again!

Blue Docks of the Bay was absolutely gorgeous! The entire house is up to date, extremely clean, cutely decorated. Loved all the lighting & views of the dock from the living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you would need to cook. Underneath of the house is cozy with lots of outdoor seating. The outdoor bar was soo nice to have when hanging out by the dock/pool. The men enjoyed fishing from the dock & we even saw dolphins one day! Cannot say enough good things about this home & McKenzie made everyone so easy.

We loved staying at Blue's Dock of the Bay! Our gathering of family members who were staying elsewhere in St. George all came here to "hang out" because it was so beautiful. The pictures reflect how lovely it is. The owners have supplied the home with everything you could possibly need for a short or extended stay. There is plenty of space on every level of the home with multiple seating areas. We loved all the natural light provided in the main living area that looked out on the inlet and dock. We would highly recommend this property for all who would love to visit St. George Island but have their own private oasis!

Great location for boaters
The house was perfect for our stay. We brought our 26 ft. boat and were able to put in at high tide ride on the property, dock right there. Canal is shallow, but you can get in an out fine at High tide. You can go right out into the bay near bridge and on out. House was perfect for our needs, well appointed, nicely decorated, and the girls loved having the pool after a day on the boat. Would recommend and would definately stay here again.
