The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped.

Very convenient to everything. Lovely outdoor areas. Nice, bright kitchen-well appointed. Other areas inside look a little tired and can easily be fixed. Overall a perfect place to stay for many people, after all in Sedona you want to be outside!

It’s a subterranean studio, new and clean. Outdoor area is super nice with BBQ area, plenty of parking. Inside is well equipped with all the essentials. Host established plenty of rules but not unreasonable. Only knock was there is nothing special about the accommodations, and not stocked with what I would call 5 star amenities. Recommend basic misc toiletries for travelers, kitchen additions such as variety of spices, oils, etc for more at home meal prep that travelers don’t pack. A few little touches would evacuate this rental in my opinion. Newer towels and a muffler on the old fridge would also be a plus.

Towel racks would be a benefit as would a new couch

Can't say enough good things about my stay . The place was spotless , met all my needs and the location was perfect . I couldn't ask for more accommodating people than Tim and Brooke . Recommending this place is a no brainer . Thanks so much for helping to make this a memorable visit . Sedona was on my bucket list and it didn't disappoint .

We had an amazing stay here! Very relaxing and close to everything!!

Overall it was a good stay. It started off with No hot water, but fixed next morning. Last night there the breaker tripped when cooking. Tim was nice and prompt when responding. We thought we had the whole house, but it was downstairs unit.

Brooke and her team have put together a wonderful place to relax and get away from the world.

This property had everything we needed and is in the perfect spot, close to everything. If we ever go back to Sedona, this would be our first choice to stay! Brooke is super responsive and patient with all questions. Super cozy place!

Review This is a wonderful place to stay! The accommodation is spacious and well maintained. It’s a home away from home. The owners were exceptionally thoughtful and provided shower gel/wash, shampoo, conditioner, as well as ample towels. In the kitchen we found every appliance you could need and all easy to use. Coffee was also provided - not just grounds but pods too so you have a choice. They also provided dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and detergent to wash your clothes in the machine provided (also dryer provided). Then in the fridge chilled and filtered water! The location is also great. It’s close to hikes (if that’s your bag) but also short drives from some wonderful sites to see and visit such as Jerome, Clarkdale, Cottonwood, The Chapel of the Holy Cross, Montezuma Castle, and Toozigood. We also ventured up to the Grand Canyon (approx 2 hr 15 min drive) and on another day we went to Page to go on a boat trip down the Colorado River and also to visit Lower Antelope Canyon (3 hour drive). Let’s not also forget beautiful Sedona with plenty of activities available as well. You truly won’t be disappointed choosing this place to stay. We wish we spent more time there as we enjoyed it so much. We’d also recommend it to friends and loved ones. Thank you so much Brooke and Rachael!

This rental was great! It is in a very quiet neighborhood and located close to the trails we wanted to do. Questions were answered very quickly. I highly recommend this rental.

The space was nice, comfortable, conveniently located, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Sedona! We would go back again the next chance we get to stay in Sedona!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Juniper B. The accommodations were exactly as pictured. Brooke quickly answered questions, fixed any maintenance issues, and provided necessary kitchen items. Great property and location- would stay in the future. Loved that there was plenty of mt biking accessible from the property. The neighborhood is quiet, there is ample parking, VRBO was clean and ready when we arrived and Brooke is very responsive. Keep up the great work and we hope to return to ride Sedona again!

Great location and away from the downtown area

Good location and fine for the two of is. It is a remodeled daylight basement (windows but no views).. Owner was very responsive!

Nice studio apartment with private entrance. Super clean. Great water pressure. Washer & dryer in the room was super convenient. Owner was quick to respond when we needed extra towels/blankets. Would stay again!
