The property is very nice and furnished with everything needed for a pleasant stay. We were pleased with the cottage. It is very peaceful and afforded for a enjoyable week.

Great Fall Get-A-Way. Cottage was nicely updated, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen, outdoor space was nice with covered patio & separate fire pit seating. Easy communication with owner.

This house was by far the cleanest house we have ever stayed in and was exactly as described. When we had an issue entering the bunk house, Tracy immediately got back to me and helped us. Our family had a great week staying here and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The property was exactly as described. Well-appointed with all the necessities for a great get-away at Lake Eufaula. Home was nice and cool when we arrived, Wi-Fi was an added bonus. Biggest draw for us was the convenience of the dock, made getting out on the water each day easy. Tracy was great to stay in touch during our stay and checked in on us after we experienced a very high windstorm the first evening we were there. Definitely recommend this rental home - we plan to book again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Everything was as expected from the listing info or better! While my husband was fishing it was the perfect place for me to get some remote work done. Around every corner outside you’re just as likely to see 3-6 deer as you normally would a cat, dog or person. In fact, we saw more deer than people. Lol! It was an excellent getaway with plenty of space to accommodate our needs; truck / boat parking included. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!!

We have eight people, two families, stay here. It was very comfortable. She adds a lot of little details that make the stay great.

This was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The deer were everywhere and it was so nice being able to have a boat dock so you can wake up and jump right in your boat to go fishing. Owner was very responsive and has created such a beautiful getaway.

Excellent property! Abundant parking for a boat and vehicle, the house was well stocked, clean and in great condition.

Terrific house. All the amenities. Clean tidy new and your own boat slip. Only downfall is no water or electricity at the slip. Makes it very hard to clean your fish and charge your batteries but we managed. I highly recommend the house. Traci is a terrific host.

This VRBO was easy to book, easy to find and Tracy was wonderful to work with. As for the place it was so clean and really nice inside. I loved all of the updates as well as all of the extras she had available. There was a lot of though out in to this rental and it made for a really great stay.

Clean. Everything you could need. Nice yard. Firepit. If I am ever in the area again, I would stay there.

The house was amazing! Very clean and had everything we needed. We were there for my sons wedding, we had family fly in from Arizona and California who also rented houses as well in the neighborhood close by. We cooked outdoors, played corn hole, which was provided, had coffee with many deer right in the backyard. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great property

Patricia's Cottage provides you with plenty to keep you and your family entertained during your stay. Everything you need is within reach or just a few minutes away. We didn't have a a boat but we used the dock twice to swim and fish from. Be prepared to sweep away any spiderwebs on the dock, but keep in mind it's outside they are going to be around. We had 7 people staying onsite and everyone had a comfortable space to sleep and relax. The state park is just a few minutes away as well which made for some fun exploring and swimming. The house is great, and I think the neighborhood surround the house is trying to do better. Some neighbors have some debris that they seem to be trying to clean up. There is some good value in staying at this home, the deer right outside your window was exciting and fun to see. I'd stay here again.
