Perfect spot for a Cube trip. Easy walking to restaurants, bars, the L, and quick trip to Wrigleyville. Accommodated four adult guys well.

Came to town with my dad and brother to catch Cubs and Sox games during the week. This place was right between 2 rail stops that got you pretty much anywhere you needed to go. Really nice location that was out of the downtown hustle but gave you bars and restaurants to go for food and drinks and close access to things like downtown, Wrigleyville, the beach, etc. located near DePaul, there was a good mix of young adults and young families. Clean area and felt safe at all hours of the day/night. Great spot, would stay here again.

The property owners were very responsive and helpful when we messaged them. This is in a nice area and easy to get to public transport. The train is right behind the house but we really didn’t hear it much. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this property!

The place was great! Nice neighborhood, get to wherever you need with a Uber in 15 min. The train is literally in your backyard but did not bother us while sleeping. Contacting the host was so easy, he was quick to respond. We enjoyed our time there and if and when we are back in Chicago I’ll make sure it’s with him!!!!

This place was so perfect. Cute and clean. Neighborhood was also safe and clean and we were within walking distance of two subway trains and Wrigley Field plus grocery stores and restaurants. The train runs right behind the apartment but we loved it! The owner does have sound machines and ear plugs though if needed. My kids (18 and 13) used the sound machines lol. The pizza place right up the street (Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria) was delicious and Jam ‘n Honey was awesome for breakfast! (Beware jam ‘n honey is cash only lol) We would definitely stay here again!

This place is in a great location in Chicago! Plenty of space and a fun main area, brought me back to when i lived in Chicago - would definitely book this place again!!

The place was clean and had what we need!

Very nice three bedroom in a great location. Lincoln Park is a nice safe neighborhood, we easily walked to the lake. Tons of restaurants and shopping down Lincoln Avenue and nearby Clark street. We were 15 min drive downtown. The L goes right behind the apartment, which was a little loud at times, but not really that big of a deal. Would stay here again.

The listing does not mention the property is right front and below of the busy subway line. It’s so loud that we could not sleep at nights evenwith ear plugs provided by the owner. Renters be aware. BX

We had friends and family staying at this property. It was clean, great location, had a lot of amenities. Several rooms, back patio, outdoor space. The noise from the L is noticeable but you get accustomed to it. The host was responsive and flexible. We would come back!

My family and I (2 adults, 1 teen, 1 child, 1 toddler) vacationed in Chicago for 3 nights and had a great time in this condo. The neighborhood is great! Parking was very tricky, the owner let us use his one spot parking garage (first come first serve) and that was really amazing. There is the train right in the backyard, but that was actually a selling point for us because the kids, and I, thought it was so cool! We are not from a city and really loved the experience. Train did not keep us up at night AT ALL but the owner does provide ear plugs which I thought was very thoughtful. I definitely recommend booking with him!

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo is very well located with easy access to public transit; the Diversey L stop is a less than 5 minute walk. The beds are comfortable and the living space is nice. We would stay here again.

Our stay was great and made even more awesome by the house we stayed in. It was very clean and in a great location. The property manager was very helpful and got right back to me if I had any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our vacation in Chicago. The rental is convenient to the L, Lincoln Park, Wrigley, and downtown Chicago. There is noise from the L, but overall, this rental was a great find and great value!

My daughter and I made a quick trip to Chicago for a concert at Lincoln Hall. This location is perfectly located for a short walk to the concert venue. I was surprised to see/hear the metro train running directly behind the unit. But, it did not detract from our experience. We both slept well. The beds were comfortable (my daughter said it was more comfortable than her bed at home). I appreciated having the ability to rent the garage space for my vehicle, as the street side parking does fill up quick. My only disappointment was that the bedroom off the kitchen no longer has the loft bed with the desk underneath. I still had to work remotely, so I was looking forward to using that desk space. I still made it work, by sitting on the couch in the living room. The internet was speedy. If we choose to make another trip to Chicago for a concert at Lincoln Hall, I would definitely rent this condo again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Clean and comfortable place. Only 15 mins from Navy pier and most Chicago downtown attractions. Has a garage at the back but costs 25 per day extra. Free street parking is available if you can find one.

This property is exactly as listed and sparkling clean. Very charming with a lot of character in a lovely neighborhood. We had more than enough space to spread out and relax. We’ll be back!
