Tolle Lage in der Fussgängerzone. Viele schöne Beizli mit Sitzplätzen unter freiem Himmel, bzw. Sonnenschirmen. Gute Befestigungsmöglichkeit für unsere 7 Velos auf dem öffentlichen, lauschigen Platz unter den Bäumen. Einfacher Check-in dank des freundlichen Telefons von Frau Gaudio und der Schlüsselbox. Originell eingerichtete Zimmer. Tolles, externes Frühstückslokal im Kulturcafé am Marktplatz.

Ich war begeistert vom einfachen, flexiblen Check-in mit Schlüsselbox, für die man einen Code bekommt. So war ich absolut autonom. Das Zimmer war traumhaft schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Und die Lage ist hervorragend zentral mit den vielen Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften direkt vor der Tür. Auch Parkmöglichkeiten fand ich zur Genüge. Es hat alles ohne Probleme perfekt funktioniert. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.
Es war sehr schade, dass ich mich leider an einem Tag unter der Woche dort aufgehalten habe, an dem die Fuchsbar noch nicht geöffnet war. Diese werde ich hoffentlich beim nächsten Aufenthalt erleben können. Schade auch, dass es kein Frühstück gibt aber die Empfehlungen waren sehr hilfreich und toll, dass es einen hübschen Aufenthaltsraum gibt.

I did not expect much. We just needed a place for the night, have a good rest. The hotel does not offer any food or bar service (at least not that I know of), but this is absolutely no issue, as the hotel is located in the heart of Saarbrücken, surrounded by a variety of restaurants and bars. The "staff-free" check-in was flawless and worked well. The rooms were clean and cosy.
The workers in the street near the hotel start really early, waking me up. But that is hardly the fault of the hotel :-)

everything was nice, the room is super clean, the hotel location is perfect. The beds are comfortable and the checkin was super easy. The client service is also very helpful and understanding.

I cannot rate the staff highly enough. The aesthetics and styling design of the rooms is quite cool. Great bar downstairs, and the location is excellent. Easy late check in, clear instructions, make sure you read your emails. This place is a little treasure.
Not really a negative, but to keep in mind for others. I didn’t mind it, but this hotel is in the middle of an entertainment precinct. So for some, it will be noisy on nights of soccer matches and weekends. Earplugs supplied however. But this is why you chose to stay here right? ☺️

I have stayed at thiis property many times. Centrally located tot he Saarbrucken walkplatz area, with many restaurants, bars and shopping nearby. The hotel is nice appointed with amenities, easy checkin with the key box.
Only sad thing in my opinion is there is not longer breakfast here.

The Hotel Fuchs is excellently located in Saarbrucken with a garage - parking facilities - less than two blocks away and a major town square in the immediate vicinity. There are at least two very nice restaurants very close: IU Saarbrucken and Gemmal. For a romantic dinner I recommend the latter. The hotel staff is very friendly and extremely helpful and do their utmost to make one feel welcome. We came here for a second time and have booked our next stay already as we will have reason to travel to Saarbrucken again late October.
