What a beautiful VRBO, short walk to the beach, quick walk or 1 minute drive to Mago Marley’s (great food)… I can’t say enough about the host, a pure joy and SUPER helpful. You’ll have a tough time finding a better stay and nicer host. Wow, wow, wow… love these folks and love the accommodations!!!!!!

Great place to stay. Clean, fresh and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend. This home had everything we needed for the perfect beach getaway. Short stroll to the sugar sand beach. Water was clear and beach was not crowded. Owner was attentive and quickly responded when we had a question. Being a single grandmother with an 11 year old grandchild, we felt comfortable and safe in this lovely home and idyllic community. Look forward to our next stay here.

This is a great place to stay with your family. The house has everything you need for your vacation (great selection of kitchen items for cooking and includes beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys for kids, etc..). Nicole is a wonderful host. Whenever I had a question, she was very prompt to reply and very helpful. I would recommend this place for a couple or a family wanting a relaxing beach vacation.

We enjoyed our quick beach getaway. The townhouse was even more perfect than it looked online. Very clean, great kitchen, great set up. Would rent again in a minute.

We cannot think of ONE negative thing to say about this lovely townhome on the beach. The only thing we did not like was leaving. Mexico Beach is a fantastic getaway without the crowds, and this townhome is modern, clean, and full of all the accommodations you need. Being across the road from the Shell Shack is the BEST! We will definitely be back. The only reason we would ever choose another property is if we decide to bring our dog. Book it! Now!

This Townhouse was in perfect shape and location. We really enjoyed our stay. The communication with Nicole was very good with fast response. If we are coming back to mexico beach, we would definitly stay here again. Thanks for the wonderful days!

My husband and I heard about this place, read reviews and decided to visit for my Birthday! Nicole is the Best Host!!! Her property was super clean as if we were the first people to stay there! When we opened the door upon arrival, I couldn't believe how beautiful it was inside. The pics don't do it, you need to see it in person!! The decor is perfect, its spacious and she has things needed to prepare meals. This was our first time here and now I don't want to visit any other beach. I hope we can always stay at Nicole's place. I wish I could give 12 stars!!!!! Man, we didn't want to leave 😢

Beautiful condo!

We had an absolute blast in Mexico Beach. This rental is everything and more. Located across the street from a little fish market so you can enjoy fresh shrimp cocktail daily. Just a short walk to a beautiful beach. If you have kids this is a very spacious rental so everyone has the opportunity to relax! The owners are easy to communicate with and made sure the rental has everything you would need. I would definitely return!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hosts checked in with us via text and were very welcoming. The pool was steps away, the beach a short walk but easy with the wagon provided, and the house was CLEAN and comfy! Can’t wait to go back!

This was our first time back in Mexico Beach after the storm and our first stay at this property. All was well and we’ll look forward to our next visit!

My wife and I are both 80 years old and non-technical. The house was very nice but too technical for us. We had trouble getting inside because even though we had a code, we did not know that one had to wave their hand over the red plate on the door to enter the code . We also did not know how to lock the door on the outside whenever we left the building. On the 4th day we were there, I called the owner and learned how. I was also unable to use the smart tv because I had never used one before and was a subscriber to one of the services. The area was very spacious and nicely decorated. It had a very modern kitchen with all the appliances and utensils we needed. We stayed on the 3rd floor which was the master bedroom with convenient bathroom and walk in shower. The double lavatories were especially nice with lots of cabinet space and drawers. The bed was very comfortable. The house was too cold for my wife when we arrived and it took quite a while to figure out how to raise the temperature a few degrees. We couldn't believe that everything we would need for going to the beach was in a storage room and had a wagon for carrying everything to the beach which was a short walk away. The food in surrounding eating places was good. We went to a couple of restaurants in Port St. Joe which was near by and to Cape Sandblast. Unfortunately we went to the beach only twice but never sun bathed nor went into the water. It rained all day the first day, then the water was too dirty looking the next couple of days. We just walked to the beach one day to look at it and went for a long walk on the beach another day. Unfortunately my wife was not feeling well several of the days due to having leukemia. I am legally blind and can't drive so I was limited in what I could do. Unfortunately I developed pink eye while down there and we spent one day trying to find the urgent care clinic. We spent another day going there with an appointment then getting a prescription filled. Even with our misfortunes, we would love to go there again. Next time we would be better prepared for the modern technology used in the rental property.

Gone Coastal was perfect! It was VERY clean! It had everything you could ever need. It’s located next to 2 great stores. Simple and easy access to the beach! We would stay again! The decor was great, too! Not a lot of nicknacks! Thank goodness!

Location is great and I loved the short walk to the beach. Property manager quickly responds with friendliness and attentiveness. She has customer service in her DNA. We added days to our stay with ease. We are grateful this property is shared for others to enjoy and respect as if you own. The space is clean, classic and comfortable. Open space living area is so relaxing and family focused. User friendly location with easy access to pool. Thank you for a relaxing time in a beautiful space.

My family enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Everything you need is supplied so you feel right at home. The furnishings are stunning and comfy. And the quick walk to the beach was perfect. They even supply a wagon with chairs and an umbrella. The beach is not crowded at all…which is one of the top selling points for me. The pool is just a few steps away, too. We only had one tiny issue while we were down and Nicole was incredibly responsive. We’d definitely commend the place to anyone looking for a really nice place to stay at a quiet beach!
