The rooms are always great

That I had to wait an hour and a half to get checked in and that my food from the night before got thrown away....chinese brand new bag of chips and a bottle of pop

Clean room comfortable bed

When we were leaving the was a gentleman walking around with an outright threatening posture. When he saw that we were not about to be intimidated he vanished.

It was close to the event we were going to. The bed was comfortable. Nice big TV. Staff were friendly.

Reserved a king bed but only got a queen. Had a whirlpool tub that did not work and the mirrors needed cleaning. Door handles to the bathroom and outside door were hard to get open.

The air worked well. The people came to sweep the ceiling for spiders with a broom while we were in the room. I’m not sure if there were any though. The beds were ok. One hard one soft but slightly off center.

I think they we’re remodeling and the pool wasn’t able to be used, but we wouldn’t have used it anyway. Overall it’s about what you expect for a 2 star hotel.

Everybody but the owner was very nice and curious. The owner condons things that should not go on like it does. And for the price we paid, I expected it to be a lot better than it was.. For the price I expected to actually get sleep, instead of a bunch of guys partying all hours of the night, to the point of getting very little sleep. And then getting woke up to those same guys pounding on the roof a couple hours later. It was ridiculous.

Absolutely wonderful

Shower had not been cleaned. Someone else’s hair was in bathtub. Shower curtain was dirty. There was a bloody Kleenex on floor
