We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Accommodations were clean, modern, and spacious. The location was perfect in the Gulch! We loved hanging out there when Broadway was too much. We will be back!

Downtown Dolly was clean, spacious with very comfy beds. Loved the roof top hot tub BUT the elevator did not work. I specifically asked if EVERYTHING worked and was assured it did. One of the reasons i booked this place was the elevator seeing it was 3 floors. There was a couple other minor issues but all in all we had a great time.

This house was perfect for our group (7 persons) Good location near 15 mntes walk to Broadway street and Country music hall of fame Just a little problem : the information by e-mail the door code was not exact. So we had to call the reservation center to correct this code and get inside the house. Fortunately we did not arrive in the middle of the night

We were here for two nights and everything about this property was wonderful. From reservations to check in and check out was one of the best experiences I have had. The place was beautiful and very clean. Also was in a great location. I would work with everyone that was involved from beginning to end for any future travel.

We did not stay in this unit as it had some water damage that was being repaired. But Goodnight Stays did a great job reaching out and offering us 4 different options to choose from all similar to our original unit. We actually ended up just a few doors down from our original unit. This is a great location and for three couples plenty of space. There was a smoke detector that went off during the stay. Goodnight contacted to see if we were in the unit and since we were not they had someone come out and verify it was a false alarm and updated is that everything was fine. Would recommend and use this host again.

Two weeks prior to our trip, we were notified that our 1st choice condo had flooded & after a flurry of phone calls, our host found us the Southern Glam alternate. At arrival, the door code didn't work & after the prop mgr tried several things, we were in. The condo was beautiful and clean with a fairly well stocked kitchen. We missed the hot tub & a dining table from our 1st choice and it was further from the downtown bars which meant a longer, more costly Uber ride. We cooked breakfast each day but found no kitchen towels for drying dishes and only 1 roll of paper towels. We called the prop mgr who responded that kitchen towels weren't needed since they left a little box of kitchen supplies which included 3"x 4" towels-not a great size for our needs. They did deliver add'l paper towel rolls. The site said there was a "dining table not pictured". Their version of a dining table was a skinny high top making it difficult for us to play cards. They could also use bath mats in each bathroom. The top floor entertainment area with the shuffleboard table was enjoyable. But another item missed from the 1st choice condo was an elevator. There are a LOT of stairs. Overall, it was a very nice condo, well suited for multiple couples.

Electrical issues, no hot water the first day. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars

We were actually reassigned to Urban Row as the Downtown Dolly had some flooding. All was fine very comfortable for our group of 8. Had some issues getting the right access code to get in but staff came quickly and solved our issues.

Stay away from GoodNight Stay ! ! House had a major water leak preventing use of 1 bedroom, bathroom and much of kitchen and dining area. They never notified of us of this although they were aware of problem at least 3 hours before we arrived. Repairmen were in house every day cutting through walls etc. Very noisy ! NEVER AGAIN with this "host".

This home was perfect for a couples trip. Very clean & a great layout with all rooms having their own bathroom. The rooftop patio was amazing. Our group had a blast. We would stay there again.

Room for everyone ! Each family had space and privacy. The beds and bedding was so comfortable and cozy. Bathrooms were great and location to many great establishments. We loved the outdoor deck with fire and hot tub.. Thank you so much for making it an extra special weekend!

Our group was very comfortable in this place. Only issues we faced were: Towels were of sub-par quality. No shower mat to step onto with wet feet on slippery tile. Kitchen not well stocked. It was great to have a Keurig but no starter pods for at least the first morning. Dishwasher was broken, (which we were informed of that); however, there were no dish drying towels. Overall, this place is a great place to stay. Great location. Lounging up top on the balcany with the hot tub was very nice. We will stay here again in the future.

Comfy beds, nice bathrooms, great rooftop hot tub with awesome views. Good location. The decor is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this home.

Hi. Great house. living room Furniture is really uncomfortable though. The kitchen sink didn't have a stopper so had to improvise to do dishes. Could have used dish soap as well, was forced to use dishes washer packets in a bowl to do dishes

Went to Nashville for girls birthday trip had a awesome time ! This condo made our trip perfect! It was so clean, bedding was deluxe, so comfortable loved the hot tub! Excellent place to stay! Loved it

We had the most amazing time staying at your beautiful home! First of all the communication prior to our arrival was extremely prompt. You responded within an hour. Much appreciated! Second, the house was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked! Lastly, house is absolutely beautiful and close to Broadway. The hot tub has the most amazing view. We will 100% be back! A few small suggestions- a kitchen towel would be nice so we dont use so many paper towels. You sent checkout instructions prior to our arrival so I knew what to do when we had to leave. This was perfect, however, during our stay you sent another email with check out instructions that were different than the ones you sent prior to the stay. (make sure all the dishes are clean or put in the dishwasher, start laundry etc.). I am not checking email during my vacation and did not see the second check out email. It would be best to include all detailed checkout instructions PRIOR to our arrival so we know what we have to do when leaving. Thank you again for an amazing stay in your beautiful city!!

We were so impressed by the property. It is well maintained and decorated super cute. The location is good as well, although it was a little difficult to find the unit when we first arrived. Thank you.

Celebrated my 40th birthday. Beautiful property! Not really walking distance to any of our activities, but easy Uber access.

It’s no one’s fault things happen. However after arriving with no gas to use the oven as we had planned that was short but a real inconvenience. We also had no hot water till the following morning and I think with both of these huge basic necessities that the property manager would offer us a small discount. It was a bummer not having a shower option the whole first day.

This place is great and we would recommend it as a great place to stay. The ONLY knock against it is that it isn't REALLY walkable to Broadway. That was fine for us, though, because we had a big SUV that fit us all and always had a DD. There are tons of Ubers/Lyfts, too, so not a problem. The rooftop deck/firepit/hot tub was just awesome. The living space was open and plentiful. The bedrooms were well-appointed and each had its own private bath which was fantastic. The floorplan was great. Having an elevator made it VERY accessible instead of having to lug our bags up flights of stairs. The fit and finishes were nice. Washer and dryer access was very helpful. LOTS of great things about this unit. I would recommend it.

The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and in a great location. You will need a car or use Uber, but driving in downtown Nashville and surrounding area is easy. The rooms are just like what you see in VRBO pictures and even nicer. The kitchen has everything you need. And the rooftop terrace is awesome with an unbelievable view of Nashville skyline! Fire pit so nice! Beds comfortable and linens top quality. Loved it!

Like one of the previous reviews stated - this place did not disappoint. It was in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and shops it was clean. We had a little issue with one of the door codes but management was VERY responsive and it was fixed right away. I would easily recommend for a large group it has so much room. ENJOY !!!

if it seems too good to be true, its NOT!!! perfect location. not only did the three of us have our own rooms, we each had a floor in the house to ourselves!!! HUGE living room/dining room/kitchen open concept. We will be looking for this place again in the future. I have tons of friends looking to stay here now after our rants of how awesome it was! Thanks again!!!

Beautiful townhome 5 minutes from everything and walking distance to some things. Really enjoyed the decor and hipness. Rooftop patio with Jacuzzi. Garage parking was great too.
