The property was very nice and clean and located in a beautiful area. Property management was very helpful. This was my first time staying at a place like this, as I usually stay at a hotel. It was a super nice experience as I was able to hang out with my parents and sibling in a shared space. We had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Rental was clean and comfortable. We’ve been to Lincoln before and stayed at other places in Forest Ridge - this was a great location as you could walk to the clubhouse. Only slight critiques are that the lock box was very hard to open and they gave us only one key and one pass to the clubhouse so if you’re going with more than one family, you’ll need to coordinate logistics. The TVs didn’t have cable so my kids had to watch the NBA Championships on the computer, which was a huge drawback for them. Hahaha. Thankfully we were gone most days but if you’re planning to relax and watch TV, just be warned it’s all streaming services. Also, they could have provided small shampoo, etc.

Wonderful place, clean, great location, quiet. We loved the balcony overlooking the woods and close proximity to the pool. The only issue we had is we could not get the tv to work. Maybe some detailed instructions would be helpful.

We really enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi and especially the pickleball courts which were all just across the parking lot from the condo. We loved that the condo was all on one floor, even though it was on the second story. It made it easier for my elderly parents to not have to go up and downstairs to their bedrooms, which is a common scenario in ski resort condos. The condo was clean, beds comfortable and the grounds very well kept. I would stay here again.

The condo has plenty of room for the whole family. Bare necessities are available, more like a hotel with a kitchen. Great but bring any spices at all that you may need. Basic pots, pans and untensils are available. No pizza cutter. We found a regular coffee pot and they have a Nespresso.

Wonderful stay at Forest Ridge. Nice, cozy, clean condo with no major issues. One minor thing to report is that one of the burners on the stove (front left) is not working.

We stayed for a long weekend with another family and the condo was just the right size. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The location inside the condo complex was perfect, it was directly across from the pool and an easy walk for our 3 year old. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

We are quite familiar with Forest Ridge whereas our daughter had owned a unit there for 17 years and sold it during this past winter. We rented the current unit for a family get together. This unit was a mirror image of our daughter’s unit. The unit was clean, orderly and surprisingly well air conditions. Our daughter’s unit was a lower level interior unit which was very difficult to install a/c. The rental unit was a pleasure to rent.
