- Very nice and modern complex, centrally located - Two pools was a real bonus, we were always able to find a quiet spot. The pools are big enough to swim although a bit chilly in November - Apartment was very clean, good wifi signal, comfortable beds, lots of towels including beach towels - Plenty of on street parking, we didn't get access to underground garage but it wasn't an issue as there were always spaces outside

- a few minor things need attention, for example shoddy looking blinds, broken kettle lid, missing diswasher buttons, we couldn't get the tumble dryer to dry anything - roof terrace is only accessible from communal stairwell, not from the appartment itself. There is no other balcony. Roof space is divided into individual plots and shared with 3 other apparments, it's reasonably private. Unfortunately no sea view.

The apartment is centrally located in Palm Mar, easily accessible albeit with one flight of stars the the apartment and one to the magnificent roof terrace. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well furnished, the terrace is amazing ..all per the photos. Access and communication completely uncomplicated. The complex is very well maintained with 2 lovely swimming pools. Palmar itself is very quiet, but that is what we like, with great restaurants from super fresh fish to Italian to vegan and vegetarian -all excellent. Would love to go back soon.

Location is absolutely great, we really enjoyed spending time on the big terrace and the apartment was spacious. The pool and complex are both very nice! We thought it was good value for money.

The oven and cooking plate did not work (when we bought ingredients to cook..) and it is a bit unfortunate you have to go outside of the apartment in order to access the terrace. We also noticed someone had been in the apartment to drop off a locker when we were not informed of this beforehand. The pillows were very flat and kitchen table was unstable so would suggest to change these.
