I would 100% recommend. The view alone is amazing! Great place to unwind and get away from it all. Scott's place is super clean and comfortable. He even met us during check in to give us a tour of the house. The house is close Bethel and everything the region has to offer.

the weather was not great, but we had a very relaxing week and met with friends in the area.

Property was beautiful. Quiet and peaceful. My duaghter and i enjoyed our stay. Property is not for from hiking trails. Swimming and dining.

This would be it! The views are unrivaled and the architecture of the home highlights the beauty of the nature that surrounds it. We had a blast tubing down the river and taking quiet walks around the property. Scott is a kind and communicative host. Our stay was magical. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing home and wonderful owners. The location is a perfect distance to summer hiking, kayaking on the river, a community garden, great places to eat, buy food, local shopping, Sunday River and even the local airport. And if none of those appeal to you, simply spending time at the house is relaxing enough. For me, the home itself was my kind of dream home. The set up makes you feel comfortable right away, and the house is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners are incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating, and made sure I was settled and comfortable for the stay. I can say that I was relaxed and fully enjoyed every second of the completely stress free stay, and I hope that I will be able to return many more times in the future!

This home and location are spectacular, and our host, Scott, was welcoming and kind. There is so much to do in the area, or you could choose to do nothing but enjoy the amazing view from this property all day and it would be time well spent! We did it all! Super clean, exceptionally designed house, with all the conveniences. A favorite thing, aside from the view, was the calm and quiet, both inside the house and outside on the deck and in the yard. We spent 4 days/nights here and I didn't want to leave :)

Our Host Scott was amazing !! He met us at the the house and gave us the tour of the home . He gave us suggestions of restaurants and places to see in the area .One was the Grafton Notch state park which we loved ! The house was beautiful and immaculate and stocked with everything you need for cooking ! The view was amazing of the Androscoggin River and mountains and it was fun to watch all the people Kayaking, and tubing down the river ! The bed was super comfortable ! This was the place we needed to get away from it all as it was so private and quiet ! We have found our gem ! We would certainly re-book ! Thank you for everything Scott hope to be back next year !

We had a wonderful vacation and were thrilled with the location we picked. Scott (the homeowner) greeted us and showed us around this modern, clean, and efficiently laid out vacation home. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway. We loved the wooded setting with beautiful views of the Androscoggin River and mountains in the distance. The photos are great but it’s more impressive in person. The temperatures were in the 90s during the first several days of our mid-June vacation, and the air conditioning effortlessly kept the home at a consistent comfortable 71 degree temperature. We found several mountain hikes (with shaded trails that made the heat tolerable) and waterfalls nearby that we thoroughly enjoyed. Kayaking on the swift flowing Androscoggin River (including past the home) was an absolute blast. We found downtown Bethel to be close-by and convenient, and we enjoyed trying different restaurants / brew pubs in the area for dinner each evening. My wife and I look forward to returning for a future vacation getaway, maybe a ski trip next! There is so much more to see and do in this spectacular area than we could in just our short five day vacation. Thanks again Scott.
