It was a nice place and I had a nice stay.

This place was aabsolutely adorable peaceful.I saw the owner once I introduced myself to him he was nice polite did bother us once kept his blinds closed so it was more privacy .Hot tub was great clean .The bungalow was cute equpied with pretty much everything.You will not be disappointed at all the cost was even good .We enjoyed our stay

* Pictures were true to the place. * Hot tub was new and clean, and we enjoyed it daily. * Courtyard was private, pretty, quiet and you can see views to saguaros and the mountains. Enjoyed spending lots of time in the courtyard with options for being in the sun or the shade as the temps warranted. * Owners in the house kept their blinds pulled so you felt the courtyard was your place. * Owners were attentive to the small need we had. * Kitchen was more well stocked with kitchen utensils, pots/pans, basics than most VRBO's we stay in. * Neighborhood is adorable to walk around the cul de sacs 1960's brick ranch houses on large lots built among the fully natural scaping - so lots of saguaros, palo verdes and other cacti. * As shown in the pix, there is a space in the wall between the bedroom and living area, which allows for lots of light and feels big and open. Fortunately it was just the 2 of us and on mostly the nighttime/wakeup schedule and conference call schedule we could adjust, so that worked for us. If we'd have had a need for 2 separated rooms, it would've been a little more awkward. * Close by to great food options, Tohono Chul Gardens, and the Rillito River walking/biking trail. We would book again in the future and can highly recommend.

Private yard, all to ourselves! The house is just big enough for the 2 of us! We so made good use of the hottub! Highly recommend!

Bill was an excellent host. The casita was immaculate, extremely comfortable and had a fully equipped, modern kitchen. The hot tub and pool were lovely. Great location!

Super personable and friendly host. We had out privacy. The cottage was perfect. We intend to us it again next year when we come down again. Thank you Bill!
