The location was good, close to the places I needed to go.

The first room we were put into had a filthy dirty bathtub with dried shampoo and mucus in the tub. The toilet was broken and had absolutely no water in it, bit even in the tank. The TV was unplugged and we had to move the furniture out to plug it in and the floors had never been swept or vacuumed. So after that mess of a room they moved us to a different room that didn't even have a handle on the outside of the door and everything was unplugged again and we had to move the furniture to plug it all in. My fiance went to take a shower and when he turned the water on, it was nothing but rusty colored water and the shower had to run for 10.minutes before he could use it. The toilet had set so long with water in it and not flushed that it had a black rim around the water level. I went to dry my hair and the hair dryer didn't work and we had to go to the front desk and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring me another one. I really don't feel that I should have had to pay for my stay. It was absolutely horrible. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Very disgusting.

Great location

Seems like a lot of the people live there! We basically got No room service! Had to ask for clean towels and what they only gave you 2 towels, 2 hand and 2 wash rags and they were poor grade linens! When we got towels we did not get any toilet tissue! Rooms very dirty! When we wiped water off the floor the rag was black when we finished! Mirrors were dirty and streaked! Room smelled like smoke! We had to purchase some supplies to clean room up!

The construction made it difficult to get around.

Comfortable little room with kitchenette. Tub was a little banged up but otherwise usable. Front desk staff were very nice. Several eating options within walking distance. Firekeepers Casino was 10 min drive.

Bath was just needs remodeled.

Bathroom was dirty. Floors were dirty. Someone went in my room when we left for the day as my door was wide open. Broken stairs to get to 2nd floor. Main door did not close all the way.

This place was filthy. Bathroom floor was covered in hair, puddle of standing water under the air conditioner. Gross, gross, gross.

The rooms are nice and mine was clean. housekeeping came often and asked if we needed anything and that was really nice.

it seemed kind of sketchy at night time, people just hanging around outside and drinking.

Room was clean and near where we needed to go, kellogg arena. Good parking and well lit.

Room was cold when we arrived took awhile to heat up. No indoor pool option, and no continental breakfast. Even fruits and juice and coffee would be a nice touch. The tv was not easy to use, not alot of stations and internet spotty. But all in all not the worst experience I've ever had.
