The property is perfect for doing things around the Tampa area. It has everything you need to go out or have family over. Host was great and very available when needed.

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Perfectly located near every activity we had planned throughout our stay. The kids loved the pool (which was always a perfect temperature).

Nice property, great back yard, two bathrooms and big kitchen.

The owners were very responsive to assist with details and have tried to update the entire interior of the home. It could use some additional accessory furnishings and kitchen equipment but it served our needs quite nicely.

Great property manager. House was nice but could have used a little more furniture, get the hot tub working and add a screen to the back sliding glass door.

Perfect place to meet up with my daughters young family and have some downtime by the pool. We were in town for a wedding and this was central to beaches, Busch Gardens and the wedding weekend festivities. A great neighborhood to walk the sidewalks and an added bonus was the quick walk to cows and horses. I would stay here again! Hosts were very responsive and timely!

The house was nice, the kitchen was very nice. It appears that some food was left behind from the last guest and it attracted bugs. The house could have been cleaner. The back yard was a amazing as the pictures, we had a great time sitting around the fire.

The house itself is fine, home owner responded quickly. The backyard and pool were nice. However, the inside of the house was very dirty, kitchen, bathrooms, rugs, flooring, all needed to be cleaned. Dishwasher had dirty dishes, perishable food left in the kitchen. Garbage can for street pickup almost full. Would not recommend.

This home is well set up for families. We enjoyed the backyard and the location was very convenient. The owners were accommodating and pleasant to deal with! Tropical storm Nicole did not deter our enjoyment of this place!

My time at this property for my family and I was excellent. The host communication and response time well meet my expectations. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Th pool was extremely cold but didn’t stop us from swimming. Would definitely book again.

Convenient central location from airport, USF, and other attractions. Cozy updated house perfect for our group of 5 people. The pool, outdoor seating area with TV, and the fire pit was very enjoyable! We are planning to return to this house next year!!

These were nice hosts and the check-in and communication were great. I believe they may be new to short-term rentals. The inside of the house is clean and comfortable and wasn't bad, but be aware that the renovation done to it was mainly cosmetic and the pictures are a little deceptive. There are many areas with damaged sheetrock that was not repaired, but simply painted over. There are also no places to hang clothes in any of the closets, making them useless. The exterior of the house is in very poor condition, the grass had not been mowed in weeks and the first impression seeing the house is bad. The neighborhood isn't great, with neighboring houses also in disrepair. There was a tremendous amount of trash(cigarette packs, dirty socks, cigarette butts, empty water bottles) in the back yard, especially around the grill. The pool had not been cleaned in quite a while prior to our arrival, so it was filled with leaves, grass, dirt and debris. The decking around the pool is cracked, uneven, and also in need of repair. The owners will also watch you with cameras when you are outside, so be aware. We know this because one of our local guests mistakenly brought a dog with them and we got a message and a bill first thing the next morning. (We didn't have a problem with the fee as we know the house has a no pets policy and it shouldn't have happened, but it was pretty creepy to know that they were watching us.) We've rented many homes in many areas of the country for years and this was a house that we were most disappointed in compared to the pictures in the listing, especially for the price.

The front restroom tub handle was about to break off could not turn the shower on. The vents above where the air comes out were black with dirt not cleaned. The children saw a roach I had to get the raid from under the kitchen sink which clarified they were aware they have roaches to kill it. Dead either nats or some type of bugs in the bottom of the fridge/ freezer. We made it to the home after midnight from a long drive and ended leaving after 2 hours, we did not stay over night at all. I have a newborn and I could not have her inhaling Raid. The host did provide me with a partial refund which I offered just praying for a refund at all in these circumstances but I would have expected them to just give me a full refund for the troubles and inconvenience because i fid make them aware of everything and why we were not staying. The house has potential but needs a lot more upgrades and routine pest control. I do not have roaches in my own home so I wouldnt dare vacation with them.

This Lutz home was perfect for my family’s long weekend stay. The house was spacious with most household amenities, the pool kept us entertained for hours each day, and the location was convenient to everything Hillsborough County had to offer. The hosts were so accommodating and replied quickly to each message. Looking forward to our next stay!

This home is definitely a home away from home! Everything was clean and all essential were accessible! We were able to do early check in which was awesome considering we drove 7 hours. We had a hiccup, however the owners quickly showed up to correct the issue!!! Overall the experience was AWESOME and we will definitely return! Thanks -The Duncan's
